I showed up today at 11:05 for my 11:15 appointment at the 1201 5th Ave N location. I filled out the requested paperwork, turned it in and waited in the cramped waiting area. And waited. AND WAITED. At 12:05 I went back up to the desk and said, "I have been here for an hour. I have another appointment elsewhere at 1:00pm and cannot wait any longer." She asked if I would like to reschedule. I replied, "Oh, no. I won't be coming back." My free time is WAY more valuable than the Doctors work time, as I have very little of it. Who knows how much longer I would have been there if I stayed. I wish I could report on how professional the doctors in the practice are, but unfortunately I never saw a doctor within 50 minutes of my appointment. Seems like their "practice" needs more practice on care and efficiency... So sad... :-( I was hoping for a good visit...

Dr Glamour never got back with me if a follow-up was needed . My doctor called his office threw times for my medical record but his office did not respond. Now I'm in his office waiting for 1hr and half now still waiting to be seen. This service is very poor and not organized at all. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room for 2hrs for your appointment.

I was referred to Dr. Glamour from the physicians at Bayfront ER I went to the ER in am ambulance in excruciating pain. I started calling the office the next day and left a message every day for over a week. Absolutely no call back, ever. What kind of a Dr office can it be that they never bother to return a phone call for a sick patient!!. I guess I should consider myself lucky that they never called me back. No thanks, Dr. Glamour

Dr. Glamor took care of my deceased husband in 2008, and was spectacular! Now that I’m having issues, I’ve called his office 3 times in the past 2 weeks to get an appointment. Office doesn’t respond. It’s sad but I’ve got to move on my issue is STAT. Don’t recommend, maybe his staff. Good luck.

Previously a patient sent through from oncologist. Wait times 3 months for apts (pre surgery clearance) then longer for surgery date I was told couldn’t be seen until September. Oncology requires edg every 3 months. Last office visit nightmare. Also have auto immune and gut issues. Told Nurse I had questions for dr, extremely rushed not one question asked that I needed info on actually wrote script for salad 2 times day and fruit for Breakfast. No gallbladder and lettuce or greens do not agree. Personally now it’s apparent you cannot run out of several offices and several hospitals while maintaining bedside manner. When Drs and staff are overwhelmed it’s time to stop accepting patients

I am not a girl that likes to go to the doctor. I hate going and try to avoid them at all costs. I went today and saw Dr. Bedi. First, I'd like to start by saying what an amazing doctor he is. He took his time and addressed all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with him. The staff (Jennifer P. and Kelsee) are amazing and friendly. I 110% recommend going here. They have a great team working here.

I have found Dr Glamour to be very kind and he has helped me tremendously. I initially went in because I had several episodes of choking on food which is absolutely terrifying especially when it happens when you are alone. He has done endoscopies to stretch my throat and discovered that I had a condition I had no idea about. With changes to my diet and the right medicine under his guidance, the choking has ceased.

I've been a patient of Dr. Glamour for Many years and several proceedures, all with great results, NO downtime and NO regrets. I adore him as an accomplished sensitive Doctor and as a comforting, intelligent, gentle, humorous human being.

The office staff have improved and someone is actually picking up the phone when I call the office. As for Dr. Glamour and his team, they are all fabulous!!!

Both my husband and I had a very positive experience with Dr Glamour. Great bedside manner. Reading reviews, it looks like his staff may be the issue. We didn’t have issues with Dr Glamour or staff.

Doctor Glamour is the most caring and supportive doctor. He takes his time with you and provides you with the best way to treat your disease. He treats you like family (not just another patient). My brother passed away from the same disease I have, I believe if it wasn’t for Dr Glamour I would not be here today. It’s a rarity to a doctor like him. I highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I am a first-time patient at Dr Glamour's office. I found the staff to be very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable of questions I had. If you haven’t met the doctors… I have I have worked in the medical field for 45 years and their reputations are absolutely untouchable! I have Dr Glamour and Dr Bajaw and I would trust any of them in their practice and I will tell you another thing that staff is top notch and fun. Love love love love

I have been seeing Dr. Glamour for over 20 years! I cannot tell you how caring and encouraging he is, when there is a real problem. He is empathetic, knowledgable, campassionate and kind! His staff is awesome!!!!

Doctor glamour. Has been my doctor a long time I think maybe five years. He's so caring he listens to you Lots of doctors don't listen. I love the staff the staff is very friendly they will help you They're very patient and doctor glamour I would recommend him to anyone. I wish I read the reviews before I went to him. I liked him the first time I saw him. After the office staff made numerous mistakes which the Dr knew about I became very upset when they scheduled me an appoint for a day and time that he’s never in the office. He dismiss me as a patient because I was irate that once again the office messed up He never informed me that I was no longer his patient. I found out when he never responded to pharmacy to fill my medicine.

Dr Glamour has an assistant in the room so he gives you his undivided attention, and doesn’t need to be typing , etc. He is knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I havent even seen the doctor yet and already I am not happy with this office. Nobody answers the phones. I had a scheduled telehealth visit that was originally scheduled with the doctor, only to be called at the last minute to be told my appt would be performed by the physician assistant! I have been suffering for over three weeks only to be told to follow up in the office at my upcoming scheduled appt - continue to do what your PCP recommends. Unaccepatable! I am in a catch 22 here - if I seek another GI doc, then I will have to wait another 3 to 6 months just to be seen. This practice is an absolute disgrace!!! Oh, and I was told the office manager would be reaching out to me regarding the phone system which I complained about- didn't get a response! How dare you make patients suffer like this???? This is not right. I am not ruling out reporting this practice to the BBB. Shame on you! This office does not care at all about your wellbeing and they are completely negligent!!!!! Update: In June I was hospitalized for GI Issues and low blood levels. Had a telehealth visit a few days following discharge. Was told I needed (more!).bloodwork. The office NEVER mailed me a lab slip like they said they would. Admitted back to the hospital again in July for a different issue - and had the necessary blood work I needed!! Scheduled hospital follow up after discharge. They could not schedule me until September 2!! FOR A HOSPITAL VISIT!! NOBODY should have to wait almost a month to he seen upon being released from the hospital. I got right in to see my PCP much sooner. This office is negligent and will mess around with your overall wellbeing!!! I am done with this office and the physician - looking for another doctors office who will answer their phones and (hopefully!) get you seen when you need to be instead of booking you out weeks or months in advance when you are having an issue. Totally unacceptable! Avoid this practice.
