I had a wonderful experience with Elite and specifically with Brian. On Friday I found out I had an underground water leak. I had never used them before but they sent someone (Brian) right out, when we found there was a problem with the meter itself (and county had to be involved) their hands were tied until that side was taken care of. When I called Friday evening to make them aware that the county’s side was now taken care of they sent someone out (Brian again) Saturday morning at 9. Brian was quick, thorough, and gave the price up front. I had water back by 10-1030. Mind you this is also a holiday weekend. I am very impressed and this company and Brian has won/earned my continued business. He explained they also have A/C and electric services as well. I will be moving to them for all of these needs if necessary. I can not say enough good things about them.

Stay away. The most unprofessional mediocre company i ever dealt with. We hire this company to do the electrical work for our spa. They destroy our patio and didn’t bother to fix it. They were supposed to wait for the inspector to check the work prior to filling up the hole the dogged and they didn’t. And to top it off they are super overpriced. They gave an estimate and try to increase it at the last minute.

Honestly to watch Jason Gunderson and Richie Casale work together was nothing short of amazing. By that I mean they work methodically, meticulously, their workmanship impeccable and their work ethic for such young men incredible. Also, the simple fact that they didn't mind my retired master electrician husband to hover over them from time to time was incredibly endearing and it spoke volumes of their respectfulness and sensitivity to a former "brother" in the trade. Elite Electric is very lucky to have such talent on their staff.... and my husband and I are very fortunate to now have them as our Electricians. Kim Lisanti

Wow!!! It was 94 here today when my son blew a fuse on my AC while cleaning the filter, etc. about 4:30! My neighbor told him to call Elite and Joseph arrived less than an hour later!!! He was all of the above!!! My son thoroughly appreciated his AC advice too while he fixed it and we both appreciated such promptness at the end of what must have been a long, hot day for him! Unbelievably impressive!!! Such a delightful young man!!! Thank you, Elite, and thank you, Joseph for such exceptional service!!!

We have been doing business with Elite Electric since we moved to Florida, almost 3 years ago. Fabian Martinez and his crew recently replace our heat pump system with an AC system, with electric heat. Fabian arrived on time for our appointment, fully cleaned our vent system and then replace our old unit completely. The entire process took roughly 7 hours and they remained on the job the entire time. They left once they completely removed everything and fully cleaned the area. We continue to do business with Elite Electric because of their high levels of professionalism and excellent service.

We had installed in 1 day New faucets in 2 bathrooms & in the kitchen plus New garbage disposal & a New water heater. Our 2 guys were on time, polite, professional, worked happily through difficult obstacles & left the areas cleaner then they were. Everything looks & works beautifully. Prices were a bit high, but your getting quality product & service along with peace of mind which is priceless. I am very pleased with Elite's product, service and professionalism. Both of the technicians (AC repairman John and lighting specialist Matt) respected my time by being on time. I work from home and they completed their jobs with very little interruption. They seemed to understand the importance of being mindful of the fact that I was on business calls during their visits. In today's working environment that type of etiquette is appreciated. The finish product was what I requested. My AC is cooling again and the dusk-to-dawn backyard lighting is perfect! I will definitely use their services again!!!

Anthony did great quality work. He called ahead of the appointment and arrived when he said he would. We spoke about what I wanted done. He actually listened to the scope of work I was looking for instead of trying to upcharge me or say it wasn't possible. He answered all my questions and explained in detail different aspects of the work and material used. He even put up with my dog as this was the first repair person to come inside the house. I would've have given 5 stars but there was a $75 charge for cutting drywall less than 1' x 2'. If I knew making the access hole I already cut bigger was $75 I would have made the hole bigger myself.

Jason was excellent! He was very patient while I got my finances for the job figured out. It was a late evening call, he arrived when he said he would. He explain the situation throughly and quickly fixed the problem. Poor guy got eaten alive by mosquitoes out in the dark of night. His attitude remained positive and professional. Joey and Anthony were very professional and worked diligently all day completely replacing our whole A/C system and breaking down our old one in our tiny attic. Also Installed a new thermostat and a new filter. We would highly recommend Elite A/C. I love Elite!! This is the most professional company in the Treasure Coast! Today James Alvarado came in to service our unit for regular maintenance and he was on time and very professional! Elite was easy to work with, very professional, and had good communication throughout the scheduling process. The technician took his time and reviewed all of my asks prior to quoting. Unfortunately, I had several urgent work calls that prevented the technician and me from reviewing everything in detail. The technician was very understanding, sent me my Quote via email and we are going to connect via phone about which services I can move forward. Based on my customer service experience, I would recommend Elite.

We purchase our home a year ago and the prior owners used Elite. I called to get our AC tune up and had a great vibe from my very first call with Kim. She was very personable and got me an appointment for Thursday. Today they called and stated that they had sooner availability which worked even better for me. My tech’s name is Marc. We are so happy with his work he went above and beyond I was just expecting a repair and coil clean that was the agreement. Marc did that bad fix my drain pipe added an over flow shut off, insulation to my lines etc etc. I just wish I was home to thank him personally, I was shocked when I saw all the work he did and how nice of a job he did. I would of never thought to expect what and how he did it. It looks so nice and cleaned up. Andrew was over the top with his customer friendly service. He patiently explained anything I asked as he repaired and re-aligned our AC equipment.
