Dr. Yono is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is kind, understanding, great at her job and so much more. She works with you in regards to what is going on and does her best to help figure out what is causing your issues and the best way to go about treating. She also goes above and beyond, when you really need her. I love her and am thankful that I am a client of hers. The staff is also kind, efficient and helpful.

The doctors are warm and caring, they do a great job. The office is a mess. They don't answer calls, then tell you to call another extension. When you call the other extension they put you through to a full voicemail. I had to end up going to the emergency room on a Saturday because I could not get my prescription refilled. The front desk workers ignore you and when they do address you they are condescending and talk down to you. I called daily for 6 days and never got an answer. Also you have to verbally confirm that you are coming, not just when you are going to miss an appointment. Apparently its in the paperwork I signed, but I have memory issues. I was told by the front desk that she would "allow" me to see the doctor just this once. Also I was referred by the VA Medical center to go there, they are billing my private insurance and saying the VA was not involved.

I am posting for my husband Dale P. came to see you 8-7-2023. He was very impressed with your office and staff. When he came home all he could say is how impressed he was with your office the staff and most especially with the Dr. andhow well he was taken care of. I appreciate all you did and hopefully can get he needs done quickly!

I have been a patient of Premier Neurology for over 5 years. I have seen all of the doctors and practitioners at the office. They always do a good job listening to my needs and concerns. I am grateful for the appointments with Google Duo, it is very convenient for my schedule. The only bad thing I can say is that I am not a fan of the building. Parking can be difficult and the elevator takes forever.

I have to say every time I have an appointment with the nurse practitioner Alyssa she is so amazing. Her bedside manner her attention to detail and overall pleasant, sweet manner makes my experience there so much better. That is why I choose to keep going there no matter how far the drive my patient experience has always been the best at Premier neurology.

Dr. Kashouty and Dr. Yono are amazing physicians that take time to treat their patients and understand their complex cases. This also goes for the amazing PA's at this office, Colton and AIyssa. I am extremely thankful all their clinical insight and ability to treat such patient cases. In addition, the staff has done a great job, being extremely welcoming once you enter, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I waited a while to be seen, but Olga was worth the wait! She was fantastic! She listened to all my concerns, asked questions to further learn about my issue, took the time to explain everything and was the first provider out of 4 that actually was โ€œhands onโ€ with my hands! That small detail seems a lost art today. She came up with a plan of action and made me feel like she truly cared about me as a patient, not a number. Iโ€™d give her 6 stars if I could!

Dr. Yono is truly amazing. My husband has been a patient for several years and she is truly one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding doctors he has ever had.

I waited a while to write this review, as I wanted to see what the long-term results would be for my chronic migraine. Alyssa is a rockstar! I have gone from having multiple migraines every day to may be experiencing a couple a week. Alyssa is a very caring practitioner who takes my situation very seriously and has prescribed a great treatment plan!

All went well at appointment, and everyone was very nice. My complain is about getting someone to talk to via phone. Left several messages but no return call! in over a week! Refill was sent incorrectly and patient portal not working for me. New patient, but losing faith!!

From my initial call for an appointment where the receptionist sounded sincere and welcoming to the short wait the day of my appointment Premier treated me kindly. The PA Jeanine was thorough and caring. The only reason for less than 5 stars was my use of their online patient access. It is great they offer a service to communicate privately but my messages went unanswered requiring a phone call. The phone call resulted in immediate resolution of my concerns so again great service there.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told there was a three month waiting period. That is somewhat understandable due not to the law of supply and demand. I went to my scheduled appointment today only to find out that they gave my appointment away. The receptionist said that they tried to call to confirm but were unable to contact me therefore they gave my appointment away. According to her their policy is to have verbal confirmation before an appointment and without that verbal confirmation they give your appointment away. No follow-up phone calls, voicemail messages, text messages, or emails. If you miss their phone call then your appointment is given away. This information was not conveyed when the appointment was made and a new appointment is over two months away. Needless to say, I am unhappy and feel this policy is extremely unprofessional. Stephanie LeBlanc Update: I finally was able to attend my appointment. I thought Dr Kashouty was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. His assistant promptly called in my prescription and followed up on it when needed.

The P.A. Alyssa Starek is wonderful. She takes her time and listens to your concerns/issues. She makes sure you feel heard and that all your questions are answered. I truly appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a neurologist.

Premier Neurology is a five star practice. The place is clean and organized...Everyone there is beyond friendly and helpful. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to get me in the next day. I don't think I even waited 5 mins. to be taken back for my appointment. I highly recommend Premier Neurology!

First impression (intake appointment). PA Colton Keener was great and did not rush me. He listened to my concerns and those of my spouse. I appreciate that, as it is difficult to find a provider who truly does this. He is doing a work-up that makes me confident in him. Definitely recommend this office, especially PA Keener. Will rate again after testing and follow-up.

What a wonderful place, staff, doctors and physicians assistants they have! As a survivor/patient of severe head trauma they have professional staff available to help you, who also believe in different types of treatment that fits your needs. I look forward to getting that help as a new patient at this office of great staff!

I have been a patient of Premier Neurology for four years. The service I receive from the doctors is excellent. The staff are friendly. I have always been properly informed about my health care. The doctors always explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Premier Neurology to my family and friends.

Dr. Yono is the first Neurologist in my lifetime who definitively discussed best options for my health. Both she and her staff are a breath of fresh air. They are friendly, but most importantly attentive and quick to return emails. I'm so happy I found her.

The doctors at Premier Neurology are absolutely the best. They have managed my wife's recovery from stroke for about 7 years. From initial contact to current scope of care I would have been lost without their guidance and knowledge. GREAT DOCTORS,GREAT STAFF

Iโ€™ve been coming to Premier Neurology for years now & itโ€™s always been great. Dr. Yono is always so pleasant, helpful, & validating. She takes the time to hear what I have to say about how Iโ€™m feeling & thatโ€™s a fantastic quality all doctors should have!

2 stars solely due to Colton Keener being kind and thorough when I first came in. Otherwise, the office staff doesnโ€™t call you back (unless you call and ask to speak to a manager then theyโ€™ll get right to you). One medical assistant told me she โ€œdidnโ€™t have timeโ€ to address my issue until others came back from spring break. Gave them another 2 weeks and still nothing. 2 whole months of phone calls and messages only for them to finally tell you youโ€™ll need to come back in, which I absolutely will not be. Would have saved me 2 months of time and discomfort. Super disappointed with the lack of care given the great reviews.

I was greeted warmly by the person at reception and given forms to fill out. After a short wait, the technician took me into the room and explained what was being done. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. When the first test was completed he said the doctor would administer the second test. Because I blanched at the word needle, he told the doctor not to say the word. Again everything was fine to make me confident and comfortable during the test.

My first visit was very pleasant. Upon arrival I checked in and was handed the intake forms. (these could have been provided on line prior to my appointment so I would not have to arrive 15 minutes early) and as I had completed the forms I was called in. I expected to see and saw the nurse practitioner. He was so understanding and well informed about my condition. I am very happy with their care.

The staff is also so friendly and will always welcome you with a smile. They will follow up with you prior to your appointment and give clear instructions if anything is needed to be brought to the appointment. The staff deserves recognition for how much they go above and beyond for their patients!

Editing my review - after speaking with Crystal in the office, she explained there have been some staffing problems which have been rectified. Raising the stars because there are caring doctors and staff here. Everyone is having staffing issues in this area presently. Itโ€™s worth sticking with Premier. I can speak about NP Olga - very warm and receptive - and Dr. Kashouty who is efficient and communicates well. The nerve testing isn't bad at all and the referral for MRI was done efficiently. However, all the comments here on google about the office staff are correct. The office staff do not return calls. If you call, you get a text reply saying to "...text us at this number!" and they'll "...get back to you..." but it's your good or bad luck who picks up the text and whether they choose to reply. Usually you have to wait until they call to confirm your appt 2 days beforehand so you can ask, "Did you get my messages on your vmail?" So they hold the patient responsible for answering their calls but do not hold that same standard for themselves. I had to cancel an appt for Dr. Kashouty's recommended carpal tunnel injections last week. My calls to cancel were ignored so I had to do it when they called for the appt confirmation. I've tried calling & texting to re-schedule but no one has called me back, so I'll try when I'm personally in the office this week. Another concern I have is that their office is moving to another location and I do not know if I'm going to the correct place tomorrow bc I haven't had a reminder call for this one. Maybe staff aren't clear on their roles?
