Jim was able to provide excellent service while installing an updated system. Even in the winter weather he came out, installed, and explained the workings of the unit. His cleanliness was amazing as well. You wouldn’t even have known someone was in the house cutting and soldering. Thank you for the great service.

Ryan and Brian were spectacular! Correctly diagnosed my water softener, got the parts, and got it back to full function as quickly as they possibly were able. They also helped jury-rig it to still effectively soften our water while waiting for the part. A very fair price, excellent service and people, (the lady at their office, I can't remember her name, was also wonderful, esp. in scheduling), and best of all a local company that's been around forever; I could not possibly do more to recommend Long's to anyone who needs help with their home water treatment appliances!

Preston was very professional and knowledgeable on his service call today. We are new to this home and have never had a water softening system before. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system worked. At our request he also gave us some advice on our options for the future, since the system is old, but was not in any way pressuring us to get a new system now. I would highly recommend him.

Brian and Ryan did a phenomenal job. They were able to install my new softener right away since my old one cracked. Their work was professional, thorough and clean! They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They even gave me tips on things that would change now that I have a beautiful new water softener!! The crew did a really excellent job. The first thing they did was to lay gown a big towel so that they didn’t leave a trail of wet footprints as it was raining that day. They re-plumbed the area around our new, replacement softener. They did a neat and efficient job of it. They tested everything including drain and found the standpipe to be clogged. Without hesitation they made the necessary repairs. Finally, they walked me through the system making sure I had all the info needed to monitor it. We were very happy with the result and now have a new water filtration system.

Overall very pleased with the experience with Long's Ecowater. Jim Sr. made the sales pitch and was professional, articulate, and not pushy. He answered all our questions and informed us well on what to expect from the product. Jim Jr. did the install. The job was neat and he cleaned up everything nicely. He walked us through the operation and answered all our questions. He was very pleasant to deal with and easy to talk to. It's only been a day but immediately noticed the water tastes better. Would recommend this company.

Bryan and Jamin were excellent! I would highly recommend Long’s EcoWater for your water filtration needs! From start to finish the process was seamless and enjoyable. I initially spoke with a different company and did not feel that they had my family’s best interest at heart. Ryan did a great job in the installation of our new unit and Mike offered great support. Ryan was careful and fit unit in the laundry room without disruption of the space and the crew cleaned up after the install, so very appreciative of that. Very positive experience with Jim and Ben from Long's Ecowater Systems, Inc. Options for best installation were clearly communicated prior to starting installation. Installation was completed quickly and all work spaces were left clean. Instruction and recommendations for best operation of systems were well communicated. All questions were answered as both Jim and Ben are well versed in the operation of the installed systems. Jim and Ben were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Long's in general.

We have had our new EcoWater system for two months. It was installed by Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable- he quickly pinpointed the problem we had with our previous system which was installed by another company. Ryan always quickly returned my phone calls when I had questions prior to purchasing the system, and also after the new install. This is the happiest I have been with my water conditioning equipment in over 35 years. Today Scott came out to retest the water, go over the equipment again, and answer any questions. Scott was also very professional and knowledgeable and I feel like I am in good hands with Long's.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben & Ryan for my water softener & RO system installation. Even though it was a late in the evening install, both of them were very professional and awesome to work with. Liked their friendly banter a lot. By the time the install got finished, it was pretty late but that did not mean they rushed towards the end. They explained all the functioning in great detail and gave me ample time to understand the functioning. I would, without an ounce of doubt, recommend them for all your water needs. We read about Long’s EcoWater Systems in Style magazine. Scott one of the owners came to our house and tested our water. He showed us the different systems available. There was no pressure or upselling. We chose the system that fit our needs. Within two weeks Bryan came out and installed the system. It took him a little over an hour (we are in a newer home) to install the water system. Bryan was very thorough as he showed us how to use the system. Victoria Tadros in the office set everything up for us on WiFi. Downloaded the app. The service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Long’s, you will not be disappointed.

I can’t thank the Long's EcoWater Systems team enough. I had an emergency call and within the hour they were at my house addressing the issue.
