Busted screen on i-phone 6. Appointment easily scheduled on-line (where I received a $10 dollar discount - sweet!). Drove to the store where John looked up my appointment, scheduled my repair quickly and professionally, and notified me of my repair time. Returned an hour later and repair was completed as promised. Excellent!

Excellent customer service! They have fixed phones for me twice now in the past 5 years. Both times my phone was ready within 30 minutes and the quality of the work was excellent! It’s so nerve wracking to be without a phone and these people know that and make sure that you are taken care of quickly! If you schedule your appointment online, you get $10 off. They fixed a phone that wasn’t charging and a cracked screen for me. Great pricing!

Don't do it, DONT DO IT. They will ruin your cell phone if they replace your battery . Won't hold a charge, after 1 month the battery pack swole up and made my phone come apart, useless now. UPDATE RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: Yes, I had you install this battery several years ago. You damaged my phone putting the battery in causing it to not close correctly so I had to live with the phone being cracked open slightly. Then it would not hold a charge. What was I supposed to do sue you for a new phone? So I cut my losses. The phone kept swelling up over time until the phone came apart . Also this IS my name with one name left out because I don't want it on here due to privacy. My 300.00 phone is useless now. Why can't you just admit you may have made a mistake? Are you going to buy me another phone? I seriously doubt it that's why you are getting this feedback.

My rating for today's visit is a 5. I was able to receive help with a new battery that purchased from an Amazon vendor. The battery was for a portable generator and it only worked two times. I decided to take to Batteries Plus and have a load test performed and it was determined the new battery was bad. I purchased a replacement battery that was in stock. The sales clerk and store manager were very helpful in the testing and sale. I returned home and installed the battery and my generator started right away just like new. Thank you...

Purchased a 6-volt car battery. Order was placed on-line and paid using my credit card at 11pm. Placing the order on-line was easy and fast. My girlfriend says that they are good for bulbs. However, we were in store and overheard an exchange in which a poor old woman brought her phone in to change her battery, and staff broke her screen. She was told it was tough, and they won't pay for the screen they admitted to breaking. I think that's an unfair policy. Long story short - they're good for bulbs but not for batteries.

Their warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I bought a car battery there in February 2022. In November 2023 I went away for 10 days and sometime during that period the battery died. AAA came to jump start my car and told me the battery was bad. Not to worry, the battery was warrantied through February 2024. I drove 30 miles to the store. Of course by that time the battery had recharged. Here’s what I went through: an employee could not figure out how to open the hood; their equipment showed the battery was good therefore no replacement was forthcoming; I was told I shouldn’t let the car sit for 10 days in cold weather (I guess that means no more winter vacations??!); and worse (gasp!) since my garage is not heated the battery weakened and died. Saved the best for last: I was told that Batteries Plus employees are battery experts. Hah!

Went in to get my batteries in both my key fobs changed and was out under 10 mins. Smooth and easy transaction. Myles sold me on the lifetime warranty replacement for them and delivered excellent customer service. Appreciate you Myles, thanks again.

I didn't like what I was seeing on Amazon. Happy that Batteries Plus had what I needed and I could pick it up in the store. Customer service was excellent. Employee verified that I selected the correct replacement battery and installed new battery for me.

I came in to Batteries Plus Bulbs thinking I had a dead battery. Patrick quickly helped find me the right replacement battery and went to check my current battery. As he checked it he realized one of the screws that was supposed to be attached to my current battery was completely loose. I am so incredibly thankful for Patrick’s honesty and his help. I had such a stressful day and he took his time to make sure everything was correct and my battery was working before I left. I will never be able to thank Patrick enough. Replacement battery for older Radio Shack cellphone with answering machine. Within about 5 minutes the battery was replaced and I was on my way.. Reasonable, competent service You won't be disappointed!!
