Absolutely pleased with every aspect of our day trip to chimney rock!! The equipment was in great shape, no issues getting through some very remote/challenging roads. The staff was amazing, they had everything ready for us when we showed up, he gave us a map and easy to follow directions. Well worth the time and money, we would recommend anyone visiting Tuscan to pick up a rental and see a different view of the area, can't recommend them enough!

First class outfit. Had an absolute blast on their southern border tour. If I had more time I would have done more with them. Make sure you stay at the La siesta camp ground as well

My husband has wanted to do this for so long and I really regret not doing it sooner. What an absolute blast this was. Now my husband wants to purchase one! FUN with a capital F! Great staff! They explained the features of the Slingshot well and encouraged us to have a great time. When I made the reservation initially, I requested an automatic. When we got there, my husband really wanted this specific slingshot and it is a manual. They were more than happy to work with us and switch it out! Thanks for a great time! We'll absolutely be back!

First time in the area and wanting to experience a fun activity, but it ended up being not as fun as I thought it was going to be. Would not recommend going by yourself unless you know where you are going... kept getting lost and my phone died. Did not come prepared and was not ready for what was going to happen. Did not have too much information going into it, as far as what to expect or what would be helpful to bring such as a portable charger, and your own map (there's was confusing). The information I did get was not helpful for a first time experience. Will not be going back. A waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Owners wife was very unprofessional and rude, was charged double and she wanted to argue instead of explaining.

We rented the 2 seater PRO RZR with the 4 hour tour. We had an awesome time, definitely worth the upgrade to this performance machine. I wish we had done the 6 hour. About 20 min each way on city streets to get to the off road area. We will do this again.

Awesome & fun experience! Their team did a great job explaining the features of the RZR, how to navigate the Mount Lemmon loop on a predetermine mapped trail for us and how to use the satellite first aid phone/beacon (worse case scenario) and off we went for 8 hours of FUN! We rented a Slingshot from Tuscon Adventure Rentals today and had a blast driving up Mt Lemmon. Very Reasonably priced and awesome staff! Can't go wrong Highly recommend

Great time, helpful and experienced service; convenient drop-off vehicle at Tanque Verde ranch

The staff is very friendly. Staff helped me plug in the directions to the trail head in Google maps, however it took little over an hour just to get to the trail head. Google maps obviously had fun taking us in this huge circle just to get there. We were also told that we had to keep the razor in low gear while on the trail, obviously wasn’t able to go over 15mph which made it very slow. Basically told us not to get the razor dirty or suffer a $50 dollar fee for cleaning. We had paid for a 4 hour rental, after 2 hours we didn’t reach the end of the trail so we had to turn around and head back. We decided to take a different way back to were they are located and we then got back much quicker than we expected. I feel if your going to rent machines like this your going to have to expect it to get dirty and not threaten a $50 dollar charge for cleaning. We spent more time on the road between the store and trail head. Also the tablets they gave us didn’t work at all for navigation. A pretty disappointing day, especially how much money I paid for the experience.

In town for business and rented a half day tour with our 8 year old. Owners and staff were friendly and fantastic, vehicle was in great condition, mapped out well, and we had lots of fun! The sites were amazing (chimney rock tour), and just unexplainable. We will recommend this to everyone we know that travels here & will be back for a tour again with every visit! Everyone should support this family ran business, and experience the desert in an unforgettable way. Thank you all for a very rememberable trip!

Went in Monday afternoon to book 2 slingshot for the weekend. Nice guy and all. Got a kind of disgusting call this morning which is less than 24hrs of me leaving the flat telling me my card is being declined. I was told by the gent that my card will need to be presented at the time of rental because all I had was the image from Apple pay. But still gave the card numbers to hold my reservation. I was also informed that I won't be charged till said day of rental. They tried to run the card twice. To the female who called me this morning please try not to throw an attitude on a recorded line after telling you I locked my card. Oh and when you thought you hung up you didn't I heard everything. I will post this to my social media because of what was said. Cheers.

Fantastic experience! Staff is great and very helpful. We (group of two families with 3 children 10 yoa) went on the Mt Lemmon tour (self Guided). We headed out in two Generals. Great machines! We were out for 8 hours. The views were spectacular and the trails are awesome. Beyond our expectations and did not want to end our day! Highly recommend!

They provide an all around great experience. The RZR XP 1000s are well maintained. Good directions to the trails.

During check in, staff was amazing and wonderful getting both ATVs ready and everyone including the kids fitted for helmets! We enjoyed the ride and the scenery was absolutely beautiful!! at then end of the day I was informed my deposit would be returned within 48-72 hours, i had no problem with that! I wanted a week and spoke to the lady on the phone on the 7th day to be told they released it, I asked for more info on a date ect and was told1/13.I no more than hang up the phone and I get notification its released!!! I have rented multiple times from different Locations and states and Specifically use this card bc it comes back right away!! Not sure why she couldn't be honest and say Hey ill make sure its taken care of now!!! I would have been so understanding!!!
