I had been going here a couple years up until a few days ago. As I was waiting over 20 minutes to get unhooked. Seemed no one was paying attention to who finished first and I get that they get busy but to get ignored, it's ridiculous! So I get this young girl that comes over to unhook me and I mentioned maybe I should write an email asking why this happens when she got very snooty with me. She informed me that she was a supervisor and that her people shouldn't have to take my abuse!(when I have spoken to no one that day except her)We went back and forth and long story short she deferred me or had me deferred?? You would think that she would've approached me with an apology? Deferred instead??!?! That shouldn't happen. So I shall go elsewhere.....happily! Supervisors need to be trained how to deal with clients. I've been in many supervisory roles and that young girl was no supervisor! *** AND YES I WILL BE PURSUING THIS AND WRITING SEVERAL EMAILS!

First time here and it is wonderful. Yes, I was on the first stage for awhile. But they took care of me. I used to donate back in the day and it was scary and wired. It has improved so much. Everyone is extremely friendly starting with the receptionist Malinda, the physical nurse and the floor staff Taylor and more. I love that they educated well during the entire process. It is freezing in here. So don't forget your blanket and a good book or phone charger. Looking forward to my next visit.

New donor and only been able to donate twice, can’t get appointments on the app. 14 days ahead it’s always full and won’t let me schedule past that, will miss out on new donor bonus because of this. Otherwise staff was friendly the two times I donated , clean and easy process.

CAPITALISTIC SCAMMING AT ITS FINEST! Do you realize that plasma centers make thousands of dollars off YOUR body? And you’re okay with that?? Because they tell you you’re a good person for it? LOL how about a government health center that does it for FREE then? If I’m a good person for donating, YOU TOO can DONATE what I’ve donated and not line your greedy pockets! 35 measly dollars for a vial that’s worth 4-5K and then the patient that finally gets it is probably charged double. You are not doing a good thing. Don’t kid yourself.

You can't even get an appointment here. I've been coming here for over two years, but I think it's time to find another center. Every time I try to schedule a donation, it says no slots are available, but when you go in, only half the beds are being used. Prices are through the roof for gas and everything else and they keep lowering the pay. It's gone from $120/wk to $100/wk and they never seem to send coupons anymore. It's just a hassle and hardly worth the time anymore. **Update** It hasn't improved. They've either chased away or canned half of their staff. Only 24 of 48 beds are being used and it's been this way for months. The staff that's left is clearly burned out and overwhelmed. They're doing the best they can with what they're given to work with. It takes an average of 2.5 to 3 hours to get through here, which really stinks when you rush from a 10-12 hour work day to make your appointment on time. They offer $50 coupons if decide to come back rather than wait, but it's a ripoff compared to the full pay you'd make just waiting. To add insult to injury, they've lowered the pay (again) by $40/mo. I haven't received any bonus coupons in many months. I know they like to call it "donating plasma", but let's be real; we're selling our TIME and our plasma. The pharmaceuticals can afford better compensation for this.

This establishment has become unacceptable!! Poorly managed to say the least! They over book starting @ 8am and there is a 2 hour or longer wait before our draw begins. Employees are walking out and leaving. It is my understanding they have lost 7 employees in 6 weeks due to these conditions. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of their skills. I was told it was due to a computer issues, and the issue was fixed so no more over bookings. Obviously, that was not the case. The staff who stay and have been there for awhile, are all amazing, hardworking and loyal. They deserve more respect as well as the clients they serve.

This place did not honor the coupon that I got off their page. It took a week to get in for my new pt exam and at that time it wasn't 900 so they refused even tho I had the screen shot of the coupon like the site says to do. I made sure it was that location and their webpage specifically bc other locations were offering lower prices. On top of that I was there over 2 hours before I finally went into the room with this RUDE lady who didn't even introduce herself. No telling how much longer I would have been there if I decided to stay and donate. What a waste of my time! Will definitely not recommend anyone to go here.

The wait is ridiculous. My appointment was at 9:05. It took over 2 hours to be able to actually donate. Didn't leave until 12:30. Again today it took an hour and half to just be able to go to a station . Today it took 2 1/2 hours. All the concerns and complaints goes to the deaf ears. Eventually I will get tired of these long lines and quit giving plasma. On the other hand I like their staffs.

Place is clean, and staff is friendly. However, this location is severely understaffed. I’m writing this review waiting to get started on the machine, and I’ve already been here for over an hour. Appointments are hard to get, so it would be nice if they could handle the amount of donors that they let in. I feel bad for the staff having to run around trying to keep up. Plan on your appointment taking longer than expected!

It was my first time donating plasma and the staff made me feel comfortable. Make sure to bring a blanket because it gets pretty cold sitting there. 5 Stars to all the staff. Thanks again.

Staff and management are wonderful. Unfortunately when you set an appointment you still won’t be sitting down for another 2hours. Been like that since I started going there. People also can just come ahead or later of their appointments and just prolong everyone that is actually there on time. Hire someone that has a brain on time management and scheduling

For the most part everyone is top notch, helpful and seemingly qualified. I would have given a 5⭐ rating but the wait times are too long. Whomever is running the scheduling needs to make changes so that patrons aren't waiting for several hours and the little staff that has remained employed there (high turnover rate which is costly to the company) choose to stay. Shorter wait times (because time is valuable), and happy employees create an overall better experience for everyone.

This place has friendly enough staff and they walk you through each step for your first donation. However, after attempting to go up to 8 times for a promotion I had, I was only able to get paid for 5 visits because my heart rate was high several times - causing me to delay the next time I could visit. (You can try again the next day but not everyone can go again right away.) I don't know why a slightly high heart rate would impact me being able to donate when all other vitals are good. This wouldn't frustrate me as much if it weren't for the fact that lately each time I went there was a line of 10+ people waiting to get vitals checked (before you can actually be seated to donate). Which means I was waiting up to an hour just to see if I would be able to donate that visit (and sometimes I couldn't due to the aforementioned heart rate thing). They say 2 hours for your 1st visit and about 1 hour for the following visits but from my experience, you should expect 3.5 - 4 hours for visit #1 and 2 hours for the others.

Everyone is extremely nice. Everything is clean. And the long wait times are gone. Longest I've had to wait in my last four donations is 10 minutes. But there is no towl holder in the men's bathroom. There just in piles Which leads to water dripping on the ones below when you're only trying to grab a few. And the rewards program is complete Joke. Donate 7 times to get enough points for $5. Though I be higher with how hard they pushed it ( multiple emails, app notifications, employees telling me about it, and a new area of the app). And they have decreased the amount you get per week for donating

Staff and personnel are qualified and for the most part pleasant. The reason for the 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ review is the wait time. I donate in MN and it never takes me more than 1 hour from start to finish. At this Mesa location it is very rare that I am in and out in 1 hour. A lot of times it is 2 hours. Wait to get checked in, wait to get a bed, wait to get hooked up. They should not offer booking times if they don’t have the personnel to take care of their donators. I believe it is probably up to management to tackle this problem but it has been like this for a long time so they obviously don’t care.

I enjoyed coming to this location because it is very clean and the people helping you are very friendly and communicate well. They are understand that wait times can be frustrating but they communicate well on when you turn is coming and it helps put your mind at ease. I would like to acknowledge one special individual. Her name is Sonia, she works up at the front and she is always super kind and informative. She provides insight on your health and also helps you understand the process, while also making sure you feel welcome. She is very diligent. I know that I can trust her with my health. Overall i enjoy coming to this facility.

Everyone is nice and the center is always clean. However, scheduling 2 appointments within the same donation week has become almost impossible, which in turn, makes the bonus of $40 on 1st donation of the week & $70 on the 2nd almost impossible as well. This is especially frustrating because when I started donating again 2 1/2 - 3 months ago I received a “welcome back promotion” of $600- paid out $70, $80, 70, $80, $100, $100, $100 but I missed out on the last 3 payments of $100. I scheduled a few appointments for 6pm (being the only available appointment times on the app) and back to back the center manager stopped donations at 630pm, after waiting 30 minutes we were told that they would not be taking any more donations and we would have to reschedule. Pushing these appointments past the expiration date on my promo screwed me out of those last 3 payments. It was difficult enough setting these appointments, but to them cut off after waiting 30-45 minutes on several occasions resulting in the loss of $300, feels like a slap in the face. I spoke with a manager who said they didn’t have the ability to reinstate or extend a promotion, His explanation was that “the system” would not allow the same coupon to be applied twice. I’ve been a loyal donator with BioLife for 3 years, so when this happened I expected them to make it right, instead I was provided zero resolution. I find this to be unacceptable. At minimum, Leadership should at least attempt to make an effort, there is always a solution.

It’s s well kept place and for the most part staff is good but it’s almost damn near impossible to schedule donations. This place is always booked out for at least 2 weeks. Sadly I had to go to other places with less people and more appointments

I’ve been going to the Mesa location for almost a year. Staff is very friendly. Sonia always checks me in before I donate. She is super nice and a hardworking individual. I know it’s very stressful there. She always has a positive attitude. Other donors who donate, always enjoy talking to her.
