Super Knowledgeable! I had tried to call several times, only to leave many messages. I finally drove there and they took a bad experience to a “WOW” I am never going anywhere else.the lady that works there was so extremely knowledgeable she educated me on what and why I needed to get my not even a year old fountain working perfectly. Don’t get fooled by reading or looking at YouTube. Now I have my fountain from Restoration Hardware working perfectly without splashing or calcium, hard water stain build up. I highly recommend going here.

I am a Koi pond rookie and went there looking for some help and advice on the pond that came with the house I recently purchased. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain things to me. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future!
