Worst experience ever of my life. This location need to learn how to have respect for its patients, especially Dr. Monica Mehta - charging Cigna in-network patients $400 for a initial visit is absurd. For those reading this review, I’m in severe medical condition which makes my mobility very difficult - after arriving at the location I spent (no joke or exaggeration) 40minutes filling out more than 30pages of forms - repetitive ones. After all this time the associate gave me the information that their policy is to charge patients (even in the- network) because Cigna don’t pay them “on-time”. On top of that I could experience the total lack of respect from Dr. Mehta that only reinforced their policy and could care less of my condition. She refused to provide me service and said that ”I should know my cigna plan better”Last, but not least, I'm unsure if this location should be open since it is almost impossible to keep 6ft apart due to COVID. I do hope authorities take a look on that. Don't waste your time, just find another service provider.

It was a big waste of time! After them knowing I was driving two hours to get to them when I got there they gave me a pile of paperwork to fill out which took another 45 minutes. Shortly after the doctor came out and said that they don’t take my insurance. They should’ve said that right from the beginning when I called and explained my situation in FULL DETAIL to them! I would never ever recommend this place ti anyone ! Didn’t even care while they were turning me away !

I will never recommend anyone to go here. They don’t go by appointment the female doctor is very rude. Going in with federal workers comp and they want to charge private insurance. This company needs to be looked at but the medical board. I will be filing a complaint

A real polite and they take care of you you know they look out for your better interest for real other than just pain meds whatever they got everything there that you need if you say it's about getting covered they got everything in there for real

Dr A Mehta is an amazing dr who truly cares for his patients. He listens and finds the best way to treat you. He talks to you and not down to you. He saved my life! I would recommend him and Dr Monica to anyone. Sure sometimes the wait can be long but that’s because he TAKES HIS TIME with his patients. He doesn’t just see you as a number, you are a person and he takes the time to REALLY listen to you.

I was a patient there for about three years. the doctors and nurse practitioner and all of the staff are very respectful and know what they are doing . The only reason I switched doctors is because I found a doctor closer to home. I like to thank you so much for helping me in a time of need and treating me with respect. thank you again

Dr. Metha wasn't nice as a person maybe she was ticked off but she's was definitely one of the best I ever had from day one I got immediately relieved. She head's above the rest. I was completely healed thank you Doctors

The workers are rude just like dr Monica. She yells at the patients and the wait is always long. Everytime I visit this office I am stuck in this office for 4 hours or more

I was a new patient and the staff went above and beyond. Dr. Mehta was very easy to talk to. I felt a huge relief talking to her even gave her a hug at the end. I look forward to going back and getting the help I need. From the beginning the staff greeted me well, physical therapy was helpful and very nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in pain and looking to get help. I suffer chronic pain daily and can't wait to have them help me. Very satisfied. 5 stars all around. Doctor Monica Mehta is fantastic!, what more can I say. I would highly recommend her to any family member or friend. I’ve never had that from any other doctor ever. Dr. Mehta is very kind and a great listener. Extremely helpful in this period of my life. You are the best!!!

I don’t know how someone can said something good about this facility it definitely not good staring from costumer service to the doctors and I’m referring to the owner meta because in the room where I got the injections are excellent very sad that the rest of the staff ruined the professional work there
