From the front door to check out everyone was kind and courteous. Very impressed with Dr. Jiwani. She explained things clearly and even brought us back into an exam room to answer more questions. Will definitely recommend this practice and Dr Jiwani to anyone looking for a primary care provider. Saw Dr. Morrison on follow up appointment. Just as caring and patient friendly.

Dr. McCintyre is simply the best. She takes the time to listen to you and makes you feel like a person and heard versus a number. Her assistant is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this practice!

This office is not patient focused well my provider wasn’t anyway…you tell them exactly what you need and how your body interacts with it and they still want you to jump through hoops just for a prescription that you have taken before. All they’re worried about is getting you into the office and add all these unnecessary services so they can bill insurance for reimbursement instead of doing what you ask as the patient. And I was letting Karen (office manager I guess) know how the healthcare is different in the south than up north and she goes I’m from Pittsburgh like lady nobody asked you where you were from and not to I care. And mind you I was just there for a visit in late November so me getting a prescription this difficult but it’s no problem because I’m taking my business and insurance to a more patient focused office, instead of an office looking to make a quick dollar off their patients

Dr. McIntyre is the most caring doctor. I’m so glad to have found such a great doctors. Spends as much time as you need and explains everything .

Dr McIntyre is an amazing thorough and empathetic physician. She approaches your health needs with compassion and knowledge. I went in for my annual physical with a list of concerns but she could already sense that I wasn’t “emotionally” doing well. I was dealing with my first anniversary of the loss of my mom. She empathized with me, handed me a tissue and gave me a referral for grief support. We then went on with my laundry list of concerns an aging woman at 50 years old has! I love Dr M just like I adore Dr Pandya and all the staff at Pandya Medical Center! I am so grateful to be a patient here for over 7 years! I will not going anywhere else for my primary care needs!

I had to have a procedure done fairly quick and the Dr I saw coordinated it with another facility very quick. The nurse I had before the Dr came in my room was amazing, very nice and professional. Happy with the care I get. If only they would improve their appointment making process. I tried it online and had to click each day to see if anything was open. Why can’t we choose a provider and see open slots? Getting through on the phone is impossible so had to walk in and make the appointment. Otherwise patient portal medical information is easily accessible.

I love Dr. Morrison as my PCP. He has great bedside manner and the visit never feels rushed. He really spends his time with you and will take the time to walk you through things so that you have a full understanding of what’s going on with your health.
