Loved it. Small. Free. Actual farm where they still plant tobacco, grind grits, etc. it was nicely done. Very educational. The young girl working there was very knowledgeable even tho she never lived in that time. Thank you.

The LW Paul Living History Farm gives a glimpse into what life was like around 1900-1930. The home is charmingly staged. A water pump on the deck is fun to use. An interpreter gave a wonderful tour explaining all the aspects of what would've been going on; the process of collecting and curing tobacco, making lard, carving utensils, preserving meat, and so much more! The gift shop has a nice collection of books about the history of the area.

Fun for the entire family! Tobacco Day was super interesting. The costumed interpretors were so knowledgeable. The staff at each building were well informed about their area of the farm. We will be back in the Fall for seasonal activities.

Great place to visit Small living museum for the early 20th century in the area. Not only very knowledgeable staff/volunteers but also willing to take some time and speak with you about the farm and times. My wife and I had a great conversation about canning foods and received a huge amount of information. One big thing for us is that the animals they have there are obviously very well cared for.

Went for Syrup day. Have gone many times and this year seemed smaller. Missed the singing in the church but all and all still a great time. Would definitely recommend.

This was absolutely wonderful!!! Not only was it free, but it was so informative. This is a wonderful place to bring your family. It is educational and informative. You get to see our soap being made, wood being cut, gardens being grown and harvested, sugar cane being processed, tobacco being strung, and cooking being done on an actual wood stove, just to name a very few of the things offered. Life is depicted from the early 1900's and earlier. Everyone is so nice and we'll informed. Absolutely Beautiful! It's history being performed live! I definitely recommend going there for anyone who is into history and who enjoys good, clean family fun.

We had a great day at the farm today! Great staff and just enough interesting things to see and touch. The kids can dig up sweet potatoes and then smell them cooking up in one of the little homes. Very nice!

👍👍 Such a great experience, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice. He brought his dog, Bella, who was a sweetheart. It’s less touristy and very enjoyable. One of the best tours I’ve been on. I highly recommend to those who love nature and learning more about it. We saw four alligators and many...
