The surgical care I receive is wonderful and has helped to diminish or end decades of spinal pain. And while the office staff are all very kind and helpful, it's often that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and communication between the staff (lots of division of labor there) is problematic and requires patience and follow up calls to insure things are going according to plan. That said, I still HIGHLY recommend Joel Saal as a caretaker and recommend his practice to others.

It's a beautiful, new building with large patient rooms and lovely views. I would suggest, however, that there be a sign directing patients to where to park, and where the entrance is. It was a bit confusing to me. Dr. Keane has been an advisor and physician to me for many years as I deal with arthritis. I highly recommend him.
