While I have never been to Eugene Airport, my friend lives in Eugene and is flying out of Eugene Airport to visit me. Unfortunately, his Allegiant Air flight has been delayed 6+ hours so he's been sending me photos while he's waiting. The airport looks like a great place!

It’s what you’d expect from a small regional airport, so eat before getting to the airport, don’t sweat long TSA lines, but add a few minutes to run your rental keys over to the counter. Staff was friendly and helpful even when I had a bag go missing on the way in. 1 eatery outside the terminal, 1 inside and a bar.

This is a yuppie trendy LGBTQIA2S+ airport that’s 1000 times more convenient than Portland. Beautiful art display in the terminal.

I've flown out of numerous airports, some being my starting destination some being connections. But truthfully Eugene Aiport is the most disorganized Airport I've ever been to! Parking is pathetic and so disorganized! Literally only a 1/4 maybe of their main long-term lot was open (parents got extremely lucky with a last minute spot in short term), multiple cars parked in spots/areas you'd think you couldn't park at. Almost missed our flight cause of it.... departure and arrival times are miniscule at best.... only 2 bag claims.... I'm sorry but it shouldn't take 45 min to wait for my damn luggage... 1 carousel running with 3 flights funneling through it.... and the other was completely empty..... seriously spread the flights out you guys good lord!!! Only flew out of this airport cause of the cheaper pricing and convenience of the flight we chose..... for being 1 of 3 "major" (major putting it lightly) airports serving the I-5 corridor... Do Better You Guys!!!

What’s nice little airport ! I landed here from Phoenix and you could tell as soon as you walked out , it was a very calm airport and a “homey” vibe. As I walk off of the plane and into airport you can see the few gates (since i came from one) and the few cafes / shops. There was some cool art and a bunch of tables to the side, which seemed nice for waiting if you’re at the airport. Passed tsa (I obviously was on my way out so didn’t go thru). Walk out the exit and you’re at baggage claim. There are only two belts for baggage! So easy going and nicely set up. Pick up is easy (curbside pick up just one lane) and it seemed relatively calm even tho there was a bit of traffic . Awesome little airport ! Only downside is there aren’t too many flights that come here but it makes sense due to size of airport.

Quaint charming airport. Look for the Short Story Dispenser once you go through TSA. Brilliant idea! The airport is clean and comfortable. Once arriving home I contacted the airport for a lost item. I spoke to a live TSA agent and a live representative at the airport who physically looked for the item in lost and found while I was on hold. Customer service is excellent both in person and via phone. Pleasant experience.

Very nice small airport. You can't go wrong by flying into this airport It's compact and not congested

The airport is efficient, and fast. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but nothing spectacular either. The gift shop does have locally based gifts (though at a premium ofc) and they're definitely nice gifts. Some of them are euphoria chocolates, or wines from local vineyards. There's a basic breakfast/lunch restaurant. It's tasty but nothing remarkable; comfort food. Don't rely on united airlines tho, because there's always a delay somewhere on a connecting flight.

Simple layout, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The food options were limited in the A gates, but the quality was good for such a small airport. Also have a great Oregon local souvenir shop by the gates for things like local jam, wine, candy, as well as other generic souvenirs. Bathrooms were also kept clean in the various times of day I was there.

Facts, way better than flying out of Portland. Believe it or not, way less homeless but once you leave the airport, it's hard to tell. Looks a lot like the set of the walking dead outside the airport. I suppose it's a good TV show premise.

Unique airport that feels like a library in all the best ways. Small-scale, very user-friendly as far as knowing where everything is, along with being very easy to navigate. The staff is super kind and the food was good too. Also, the rental car process was incredibly easy to check-in and check-out as well.

Reminds me of the Omaha airport. 6 Gates, no security line, basic eating places, a bar, reasonably decorated, and friendly helpful people. Gets you where you meed to go!

Eugene airport is a pleasure. Small, short lines, good connections, friendly staff are a few of the many reasons why I enjoy using the airport. Little 4 hour delay going to Seattle. But it's such a great airport that I barely noticed

Parking lot was totally full at 6 am on a Friday. Had to park in short term. Airport is great. Fast security. But parking is nuts. Must be a growing lyft popular airport.

Nice small airport. Flew with United, and staff are great. Security is well organized and went through quickly. If renting a car, go to car rental desk first if it's not busy before getting your checked bags at the baggage carousel .. it's right before the carousel. If not, you'll be waiting an hour at car rental desk.

This is a very small airport. Easy to get from point A to point B. The staff at the bar are friendly and service is great. They have a coffee bar but I was not a fan of the coffee or service, however it is available. Drop off and pick up outside the airport is also a breeze.
