I got here I stepped inside I had no one help me at all I was in there for 20 minutes all they were doing was talking about an employee there that’s not working today so rude when you have employees talking round on someone’s back they’re worse here TVs and other items are Very expensive I would suggest you go somewhere else

Kaleb B is literally and I kid you not, the best employee this place has. His customer service is exemplary and I've never been happier in a pawn shop! I wish I could do more than 5 stars and more than this review to make sure he gets what he deserves! Thank you for the hospitality!

I started working with Kaleb and not only was he knowledgeable but polite as well. Then king stepped in and he went above and beyond as well. These young gentlemen are really going places. I really appreciate everything you guys did for me. Not to mention they stayed late for me. Really great customer service! If I were their boss I'd be thinking about a raise! I was here a few weeks ago to sell some stuff in which I had no clue what it's worth really was. I was originally helped by Angela who was great! Good attitude, helpful as can be and made the experience better all around. Jessica was also a great help in the process with the extra assistance we required.

They might be and are nice, but let’s all remember they are a PAWN SHOP, and in the end, they’re going to get a WAY better deal than they’re going to offer you. I’ve dealt with them, and I needed them at the time and for that, they get props, and,,,, I’ve also been disrespected there, so just remember what you’re dealing with and you’ll be fine.. First, I spoke with a gentleman the day prior about if they could reset my computer for me. To my relief they said yes. Second , the price offered for my 2020 MacBook Air was above fair or above average. I’m very satisfied with the professionalism & how I was treated with respect. Including the initial call. Plus the crew member she was training was pretty receptive for a young lady. I would encourage any one to sell or pawn here. But I was told it’s the same price either way. I’ve been doing business with PA for some time now. I’ve seen the personnel change over a few times now. I’ve personally had sone good and not so good experiences in the past. But the crew they have there now is pretty solid. Especially GV! She’s awesome. She took her time I didn’t feel rushed and we were able to work together on a fair price!
