Had an MRI today and it was very easy. Check In went very smooth and was quick. The wait time was short and the Tech, Chelsea, was absolutely amazing. Was very comfortable during the process and she made it very relaxing. Heck I even fell asleep at one point during it. Would gladly return many times over if necessary. Thanks for a great experience.

The facility is easy to get to parking close to the door. The clinic is bright,clean& welcoming. Staff pleasant & efficient I was taken in on time for my procedure for mammogram updated equipment & even given a warmed gown to wear for test. Treated with utmost respect & informed every step of procedure couldn’t be happier with this clinic.

I have come to The Toledo Clinic since the spring on 2020 as I was looking for a health care experience that was less expensive than other providers. Not only did I find less expense, but also friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable technicians in every department. The radiology department is no different. The technician was outstanding in the quality of care I received. During my appointment, she didn't miss a beat, with clear directions, and an efficiency(without rushing) that made the 20 minutes seem much faster than that. She also let me know how I would receive my results. So pleased, yet again, with the quality of care, compassion, and friendly demeanor I continue to receive in every department of the Toledo Clinic. Today, it was radiology.

Scheduled in a timely manner at Secor location. Check-in staff very friendly. Virtually no wait to be called back. Technologist (Ella I believe?) could not have been more professional. She explained everything extremely well; started my IV with precision; and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I normally do not comment or review. However, this Technologist is certainly worthy of praise. I hope her Director is made aware as well.

The staff was amazing. The receptionist noticed I was in pain from a full bladder (there for bladder scans)she called back and let nursing know. Nursing got me in super quick and did the test as quickly but fully to help. Amazing, friendly, and clean.

The Maumee Toledo Clinic Radiology is a beautiful center with a pleasant and comfortable waiting area. Check-in is smooth and quick and the wait was not long. The staff and techs were very helpful and my test ran smoothly. A very nice center that is conveniently located and just down the street from me!

Everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful. The testing that I had done was easy and the lady preforming it was beyond helpful. She walked me through everything she was doing. I also had labs done and the phlebotomy lady was great. Thanks Toledo clinic for a wonderful experience.

The facility was clean and fresh. The people were friendly and welcoming, and, most of all, efficient! I was checked in quickly and waited only a few minutes before I was taken back. I really appreciated not having to wait endlessly for my scheduled appointment!

The staff was so professional and polite. The waiting area for mammogram was private and separate from the lobby. The equipment was modern and painless. What a beautiful and bright building. I would like to go there for all laboratory testing and x-rays.

I was greeted upon arrival. The staff that I dealt with were very professional, helpful, they listened, and provided feedback where applicable. The process was quick and smooth and my technician communicated with me throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Toledo Clinic Radiology, Maumee.

The staff were all nice and compassionate. There was no wait time and it was a warm friendly experience. I try to go to toledo clinic for all my health needs. Once you go there you won't want to go anywhere else for all your tests and available Doctors and nurses and technicians/radiologists and procedures!

There was little to no wait time. The technicians were friendly and professional. The pink flannel robes were the best.
