Received
a
bill
from
them
late
January
2022
for
an
emergency
room
visit
for
my
father
from
September
of
2021.
While
they
billed
Medicare,
they
failed
to
bill
his
supplemental
insurance.
I
called
&
spoke
to
a
Natalie.
She
told
me
that
they
were
missing
a
number
on
the
account
&
she
would
resubmit
it
for
payment.
The
process
would
take
45-60
days.
Great!
I
called
back
mid-March
to
confirm
they
billed
the
insurance.
Nope.
Turns
out
they
were
still
missing
a
number
on
his
supplemental
insurance
account.
She
tells
me
that
they
will
rebill
the
insurance
company
&
to
check
back
in
45
days.
So
about
a
week
later
I
get
a
letter
from
a
collections
agency.
No
warning,
no
notice.
So,
here
we
are
at
30
days
after
the
2nd
phone
call
&
they
still
haven't
managed
to
bill
the
supplemental
insurance.
I
ended
up
paying
the
bill
&
submitting
a
claim
through
the
insurance
company
myself.
