We had not been to Disney World for 30 years and wanted to make this a perfect trip with our son’s family which includes 3 granddaughters (3,6, & 8). 5 Star VIP tours really did an incredible job from start to finish. Lee and McKinzie the VIP concierges in the office were always helpful. They explained the process, answered all questions promptly and even helped me to make dining reservations. We had VIP assistants for one day at Magic Kingdom and one day at Animal Kingdom. Bobby and Olivia were awesome! We were able to ride all the rides with very short wait times. They knew the best ways to move through the park, helped push the stroller and hold backpacks, and pointed out interesting things about the park. The children thought they were great friends. I highly recommend the company to anyone visiting the parks in Orlando.

I was hesitant to spend extra money on having a guide at the Disney Parks, but it was the most valuable purchase of our entire trip. We were privileged to have Olivia with us for three days, and we covered two parks and all of the rides. Olivia was knowledgeable on all of the shortcuts, helped us make reservations on all of the rides, and knew the best tips and tricks for making the most of our short vacation. Olivia was also incredibly kind to our kids, who found it a complete novelty to have this special Disney Expert with us. What was also most important, we did not spend the entire trip looking at the Disney App trying to figure out lightening lanes, line drops and all the things that would have taken away from us just being present in this special once in a life time trip. If you are on the fence, book this company - they will make your stay extra special!

Exceeded expectations. We've done the official Disney tour and thought this would be nothing compared to that but we were completely wrong! Bobby guided us for four days, one at each Disney park and he was absolutely incredible. The kids were excited to see him each day, he helped push the stroller, he had no problems with last minute changes, and he knew all the shortcuts. We absolutely killed each park and got to ride everything we wanted to. We are excited to return and use them again in the future.

We are so glad we used FIVE STAR!! Bobby was amazing and we didn’t have to wait long for rides he did a great job helping us navigating through the parks. With his help we were able to get all of Animal Kingdom done by 12:30 and then everything we wanted to do at Magic Kingdom all in one day. With 3 younger kids not having to wait was well worth every penny!! Bobby was so great with our kids and helped when one didn’t want to ride or was too short. I would highly recommend using this company and Bobby for your next trip to Disney World!!

We had the absolute best time all thanks to Olivia!! Not only does she know every single little detail about the parks and rides, but her enthusiasm and cheerful attitude matched ours and ours kids (who adored her too)! She made our visit so easy and fun, and planned things so well that without rushing we managed to visit 4 parks in 2 days, going on every single ride we had asked prior to our visit. Unbelievable experience!!! We will never go back to the parks any other way than with Five Stars Orlando VIP tours!

This is hands down the best tour company for Disney World. We rode 16 different rides at Magic Kingdom in about 6 hours, not including a few rides that my daughter rode multiple times in a row. We did not wait on any lines, and our tour guide was able to get a Lightening Lane for every ride we wanted. I would never go back to Magic Kingdom without Five Star Orlando VIP Tours! A special shout out to Bobby who was our tour guide, and knew where every single bathroom was at Magic Kingdom, was great company, could get a quick sense as to which rides were perfect or too mature for my kids, and overall gave us a stress-free, amazing day. Amazing experience! Our tour guides Bobby and Olivia were hands down THE BEST! We were a party of 15 with 6 kids, a wheelchair, a stroller and 2 grandparents! I can’t believe how much we were able to do and how stress free they made our visit. We rode over 20 rides in 2 days and we never felt rushed and we took plenty of breaks. Bobby even took the kids on rides that the adults didn’t want to go on so we could relax🍻😂! The kids loved them. The ongoing ‘theme’ of the trip was “ASK BOBBY!” Lol. Our family used Five Star Orlando VIP Tours and at first I thought this was an overpriced service and not necessary. Boy was I wrong! I loved this service! Our guide, Celina, was top notch. She became one of the family and absolutely love her! She was so professional, caring, and always was aware of what we wanted, what we were interested in and what we needed! She evaluated us from the first minute we met her along with our style and comments in communicating before our days at the parks. With this skill she was then able to arrange our day to best fit our personal preferences. She made suggestions for dining options, she watched the stroller, she basically catered to our every need and desire. I would recommend this service to anyone hands down! Well worth the money!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Five Star Orlando VIP. I was hesitant to hire a VIP company and did a lot of research. I’m so glad I did… I will NEVER go to any of the Disney parks without a Five Star VIP attendant. Gabe was with us for 2 days and our experience could not have been better. He took the pressure off of all of us and we were able to see and do everything we asked for and more! We asked and Gabe delivered. We cannot thank Gabe and FIVE STAR ORLANDO VIP enough.

Bobby at Five Star VIP tours was simply put.. phenomenal. There were 13 of us (6 adults and 7 kids, one with special needs. We toured Magic kingdom one day and did a park hopper ( Epcot and Animal kingdom) another day. We got to experience all the rides we wanted including the newest and best rides (Tron, Guardians of the galaxy, 7 dwarfs, Buzz , Remy, Frozen, Mission space, Everest , Flight of passage to name a few. All with very little wait!!! He did it all. We didn’t have to be on our phones and everyone got to enjoy the parks like we wanted!! We also got to see and take pictures with the characters which the kids absolutely loved!! Bobby made dining reservations for us, as well as parking our strollers, holding our bags, interacting with the kids, and giving us advice on what else to do!! He was great I will use 5 star again and recommend them to everyone They and Bobby are truly 5 star!! Thanks so much

I decided to book an assistant from Five Star Orlando VIP Tours for 3 days at Disney World. My daughter didn't think this was necessary but after the first day she agreed it was definitely worth it. Bobby was excellent! We provided a list of what we wanted to do and each day we had every attraction done on our list and some rides 2 times with time to spare. He also provided tips for us when we were on our own in the park. Bobby took pictures and provided many services for us. He was everything we needed and more! If you want to get the most out of your trip to the parks, don't hesitate to use this service.

We booked 5 star Orlando VIP Tours to take the stress out of our first Family Disney trip. Initially we were a little worried it wouldn’t be worth the money….. how wrong were we!!! It was worth every dollar $$$ Our guide Bobby was absolutely amazing, we managed to do Magic Kingdom (every ride including TRON and some others twice!) in 2 half days and Hollywood Studios in 1 day (again every ride!) and during one of the busiest times of the year - Spring break and Easter. Bobby was wonderful, knew exactly where to go at what time, where to meet characters, skip the long queues and worked tirelessly to sort lightning lanes and Genie + whilst we enjoyed ourselves. Bobby was full of knowledge, suggesting places to eat and helping with mobile food orders, looking after bags and is a genuinely a lovely person too! Yes, you can do all of this yourself (if you know what you are doing!!) but if you are a first timer trying to understand Genie+, lightning lanes etc and don’t want to spend all day on the Disney app making plans for the family, then please use these guys! I could entirely relax, immerse myself in the experience with the family and enjoy every minute. Is it cheap….NO! not when you’ve already factored in park entrance, genie+ , lightning lanes etc, but it’s way cheaper than the ‘official Disney Guide’ and in my opinion for the same service….. if you can afford it I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a very special trip for us, and one we won’t be doing often, so we wanted a Stress free, enjoyable Disney experience and that’s exactly what we got. Right from the planning stage with the team in the office they were helpful and knowledgeable and took the stress out of everything. Wow! What a great experience we had at Magic Kingdom with Bobby our tour guide from Five Star Orlando VIP Tours! We are a family of 5 and we hadn’t been to Disney in 5 years. We knew with the crowds and heat we didn’t want to wait in long lines, and try and navigate this huge park in one day- so we decided to splurge and get a tour guide for MK, and I will say that was the best decision we made and worth every $!!! Bobby made sure we had the best day ever! 🤩There was no stress at all, and we all know how that can be with little kids. He made sure we did all the rides on our list and then some, even twice!! He went above and beyond and we will definitely be using Five Star Orlando Vip again and referring all our friends and family. Spectacular! If you want to really experience Disney without the stress of scheduling your rides, spending the day figuring out the app and waiting in long lines-book with Orlando VIP Tours. We are a family of 5, with three kids ranging in age from 3-18. Our tour guide Bobby was amazing! He made sure to hit all the main rides, character meet and greets and even insisted on pushing the stroller! We conquered Magic Kingdom on a busy day in just under 6 hours! He also nailed it at Hollywood Studios. We won’t do Disney any other way again. We appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure our girls had a great time. The cost is worth every penny!

Oliva was wonderful to work with in every capacity! The kids absolutely loved her and she kept us on pace so we maximized the most of our opportunity. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Orlando VIP Tours. Best money we have ever spent and can't say enough great things about Olivia. Celina was our tour “princess”! That’s what the kids decided she was, she was the most amazing guide one could ask for. She went above and beyond. Celina had it so organized that our group didn’t miss a beat, no standing in lines, not looking at your phone to book things, not wondering and confirming what direction, she had it all done! Even spent one on one time with one of the kids who didn’t want to ride something, and made that time special for her! This company has it together, they are 5 Star and not just the name. We will definitely use 5 Star again, well, well worth the money! The family want to use Celina again, couldn’t have been more happy, she became part of the family during our day at Magic Kingdom!

Three wonderful days in the Disney Parks with our Orlando VIP tour guides (MK, Hollywood studios and Epcot). Initially we wondered if we would need the service as we are VERY familiar with Disney World. BUT, given it has been 3 years, the new ride systems, my desire to have a relaxing vacation (I do all the Disney planning!!!!) and the complexity with travelling in a larger group, we made the leap and hired a guide - initially for 2 days. We ended up adding a third day with a guide, it was that helpful. The company was quick to respond to questions throughout the week and helped us rearrange our park reservations for our last day at Magic Kingdom. Our guides, Gabe (1 day) and Mick (2 days), were amazing and made visiting the parks painless, without any appreciable wait time, and no complaints from my kids or parents. All we had to do was show up, no decisions to be made - priceless! By the end of the 6 hours we were beat, but also had done all the rides we wanted. We rode rides such as Ratatouille, Guardian of the Galaxy, Rise of Resistance, Slinky Dog and Tron, plus all the oldies, without a wait. Our guide simply told us where we were off to next and walked us there, soooooo simple. By comparison, I spent one day managing a park without a guide, and although doable, me and my phone were connected by the hip.....my kids were pulling at my arm....and my family was grumpy with not knowing where we were going next and all I remember is dragging people around....funny but I have no photos from that day but tons from the other three! The negatives are the early start (We saw the sunrise, I have never ever seen a park so peaceful and quiet! They do have an afternoon start available for those less keen!), and the cost (they required purchase of the additional Disney lane access items and there is no doubt this and the guide adds significant cost to an already expensive trip). In summary, we found it worth it; both my husband and I came home and commented on the fact that it was the most relaxing Disney trip we have ever had.

Cannot say enough positive things about Orlando VIP Tours. Bobby and Mckinzie were amazing tour guides during our most recent trip to Walt Disney World and really helped us maximize our time here! We had a large group (14 of us including young kids and toddlers) and everything went so smoothly. They were so professional, efficient, and accommodating. We were able to do and see everything on our wishlist with minimal to no wait times despite our trip being during spring break! Not only that, but they secured dining tables in quick service restaurants, took care of all the lightning lane and ILL reservations for us, parked our strollers for us while we hopped on rides (this was a huge time saver) and so much more!! They took care of everything for us and made it stress-free, so we could ENJOY our day. I seriously don’t know if I can ever do Disney any other way now… I highly highly recommend this company. If you’re on the fence, just book them. You won’t regret it!!

My family and I had a wonderful and seamless experience with Five Star Orlando VIP Tours.  The reason why we used them was to have a fun and stress fee time at the parks and it was just that.  We got on all the rides we wanted to without being rushed.  McKinzie (the owner) and Lee were very helpful and answered all my questions.  Our VIP assistants Gabe and Mick were amazing.  Great personalities, kind, and very efficient.  I would highly recommend Five Star Orlando VIP Tours to anyone.  It’s definitely worth it!

Gave was awesome! My four granddaughters and myself had best days at HS and MK with Gabe. So kind professional and made us feel like he was our friend and family. What an unbelievable experience, Orlando, VIP tours delivered for my family. We had Gabe as our tour guide, and from the moment we engaged with Gabe the experience was magical. Gabe was so professional, so organized and made our three days together so smooth it was almost like there was no one else in the park as we went from ride to ride with minimal weight times, and got to experience every single ride and then some. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a no stress experience as these guys, take the reins and roll with it. These guys were so personable it was like Gabe became part of our family. The hardest part of the tour was the last day when we had to say goodbye thanks again Gabe for a wonderful experience we hope to meet again in the future.
