I want to HIGHLY recommend Boulder Boats to anyone considering purchasing a boat. My wife and I are relatively new to boating. We bought a small Yamaha jet boat last summer, and loved it. Then we tried surfing on a friend’s boat, and decided to upgrade. After considering the different options, we felt the Axis line of boats (built by Malibu) represented the best value for us – lots of wake, lots of room, great handling, great ergonomics, and best value for our money. We began by talking with the General Manager, Mark. He took a great deal of time to talk to us about what boat might fit our needs, what boats wouldn’t (and why), and how to get the most value for the best price. He took the time to understand our family’s needs and abilities and our intentions about how the boat would get used most of the time (do you really think you’ll have 17 people on the boat with you?). I’ve been in sales a long time, and Mark comes across as trusted advisor, more than guy trying to close a deal. He introduced us to Dave Humphries (sales person) and Dave helped us consider the different options, and get out on the lake for a demo. We ended up settling on the A24, but the A22 and T23 were in the mix, and probably would have been great choices as well. He offered us a fair price on our trade in, and what we feel is a good price on the new boat. Hayden took us out for a demo, and helped us select some “starter” gear when we got back to the shop. He was considerate in recommending low and mid-price gear for our mostly beginner family. Again here, we didn’t feel “oversold” in an area where I’m sure their margins are good, and they could have pushed products that would have cost us more, and we might not have realized the benefit of. Thank you, and well done. Our thanks to all the team at Boulder Boats. We had a great experience at every interaction. We felt that we, our time, and our business, were valued. We look forward to having them help us service our new boat. And, if we ever decide to look at new boats again - my wife says we’re keeping this one for 10 years ;) - we’ll definitely feel comfortable working with them again.

John Costanza was probably the best sales person I have dealt with ever. I live in CA and the boat was in NV. John sent me numerous pics and was very helpful in making sure we saw what we asked for in pictures. John made the buying and pick up process a dream . All of the staff was very helpful and nice from beginning to end. If you are looking for a boat dealer Tommy's and John are your place to go.

We just purchased our second boat from Dave and the experience was excellent. His knowledge and kindness is what makes us continue to work with him. Tyler was our demo captain this time and he did a great job. He’s very thorough in his explanation of every feature. Also, make sure you hit up JT and Victor for anything in the pro shop. Bought my 2022 Starcraft MX 25 Tritoon from the team at Tommy's Las Vegas and what a great experience! Dave Humphreys was my sales person who was amazing to work with, always quick with responses, and helped me navigate all the differences in pontoon/tritoon setups. The entire team at Tommy's Las Vegas were great to work with, no pressure, helpful, accommodating......basically they set the bar for customer service. I noticed a couple minor items to repair and they told me to bring it down that day to get them taken care of. I pulled in and it was like a Nascar pit stop with 5-6 people on the boat cleaning and taking care of the issues. BAM on my way I went with a smile. Thanks to all the team at Tommy's. NO ONE IS BETTER out there...I can guarantee that!!!!

My wife and I just bought our first boat (Axis A24) and the experience was phenomenal! Tyler went above and beyond to give us a great experience and teach us about our new boat. Patrick was great to work with in finance, JT and Victor were awesome to get us all the gear we needed in the pro shop. Fantastic boat shop. Purchased our Axis A22 a couple years back from Lucas and couldn't be happier. The buying process was simple and quick. We've taken it in to add a killer stereo and serviced all the time. Great team across the board. Zero complaints. They always have great selection in the retail shop as well for gear. Purchased a Brand New 2022 Malibu 23' MXZ from Tommy's Boats of Las Vegas. We had the pleasure of working with David Humphreys and will suggest him as the salesperson to everyone we know looking to buy a boat. We made the 7 hour drive to do business with Dave and the crew at Tommys. What a strait up salesman (and team) who is very professional, who did everything he said he would do. We had an absolute positive experience! We cannot say the same of the dealers we have dealt with in Utah. I would strongly suggest you purchase your new or used boat through Tommy's. We will be back in the future to do further business. So nice to finally find a dealer who is not misleading or playing the bait and switch game-and just not honest. Dave Humphreys was great to deal with on the purchase of our new Malibu 23 LSV. We have owned a number of boats throughout the years and this was a very good experience. Dave was honest and transparent with us from the beginning with everything upfront. Honesty has been hard to find in the new boat buying process. I would highly recommend Tommy’s Boats to anyone looking for a Malibu.

I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience with Tommy's Boats, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about the incompetence and poor service at this establishment. I called Tommy's Boats, hoping to address some issues with my boat, and I was met with the rude and dismissive attitude of Brian, the manager. Brian informed me that they no longer wanted to work on my boat because, according to him, all I do is complain. Shockingly, he went on to mention that since I didn't purchase the boat from them, I could take it elsewhere, potentially jeopardizing my warranty. Additionally, Brian accused me of leaving a negative review on Google, which I had not done at that point. However, given their unprofessional behavior, I am now compelled to share my experience. The service team at Tommy's Boats is not only incompetent but also displays a blatant disregard for customers who didn't buy their boats from them. During a previous visit, I inquired about purchasing a new boat, hoping it would lead to better treatment. Since Dave Humphreys explicitly stated that priority is given to customers who buy boats directly from them, leaving me feeling like a second-class citizen. In March 2023, I had them install underwater lights and extra-large batteries for my stereo and lights. However, their botched installation, connecting smaller batteries to the stereo position and larger ones to the starter, led to months of inconvenience when I asked for the exact opposite. They claimed they couldn't connect two large batteries with a smaller one as my intructions were to connect 2 large and 1 smaller battery to my stereo and lights, but they failed to communicate this beforehand. Another issue arose when they installed an expensive controller for underwater lights under a seat prone to getting wet. Despite my concerns, they insisted it was their standard practice. Only after persistent complaints did they agree to address the issue at a later date. The problems continued when I brought my boat in to fix a warranty-covered screen issue. Despite waiting four months for the repair, the manager Brian feigned ignorance about the improperly installed controller, showing a complete lack of accountability. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the numerous issues I've faced with Tommy's Boats. If you're considering having quality work done on your boat, especially if it's a Malibu bought from a private party, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Many of my friends with Malibus share similar complaints about Tommy's Boats, confirming a pattern of incompetence and poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – avoid Tommy's Boats at all costs.
