Shani is the Best!! I had a problem and my insurance lapsed. I then get a letter from DMV, stating I would have to pay a fine at least of $500 ( 0to30 days lapse). I was in a panic. I receive SS, so I DO NOT have excess money monthly to pay to pay 2 mod insurance up front, plus fines, etc. Shani calmed me down ( lol) and then proceeded to find me the most reasonable insurance AND when I called DMV she helped me get all the paperwork I needed. DMV even lowered my fine, and Shani even faxed everything to DMV for me!! So HANDS DOWN 👏🏻👏🏻🥰 I will definitely refer everyone to Freway Insurance and be sure to speak with SHANI!! She’s my girl! 👌

I called one location and they said I could come in make a payment and reinstate my policy and all I had to do was sign the paperwork was already printed. Then I came to this location as it was closer and the amount paid was different and my policy was cancelled. I don't know what this girl did to my policy or if she's new but she just literally cost me $650 over the next 6 months. This is the second time now they did this 6 months ago and I will going elsewhere from now on. Last time I had a fine at the DMV because they never sent paperwork. Unprofessional staff always causes problems that shouldn't happen. Do yourself a favor and go to the Stephanie and warm springs area location.
