Price is a little steep but the service I received here was fantastic reminds me of what good customer service really is. although the product that was recommended did not work as I wanted it to but then again the grass is always greener on the other side.

Great experience can get you whatever you need

I don't go to the lake without stopping here first LOL. Stop with the little things you need for each trip, but they have outstanding prices on the long-term Investments as well. Like kayaks and bimini tops. You won't find a friendlier staff anywhere else also!

Awesome service. I picked up a fridge and one of the workers spent half an hour changing the door opening from the right to the left for me. What a great employee. I'll be back!

Great store and items not over priced. Nick, the manager, along with his helpful staff are terrific.

Pretty standard boat equipment store. All three employees were pretty busy doing their tasks and on the phone. After searching the store, I realized this location didn't stock all the stuff that other stores might and they don't sell actual fishing equipment, at all. If you're going for boat stuff, great. If you browsed West Marine's website thinking they stock fishing supplies, you're best going somewhere else.

Absolutely fantastic service. Greeted quickly. Both of the counter people were exceptional helpful. Knowable about boating and the special equipment needed to maintain and keep boats.

West Marine is an alright place for you to pick up parts for your boat although I find the prices can be a bit elevated. They have a decent stock and can most likely order what you need if they don't have it but if you don't need it on the spot and you like to save money, you might check elsewhere. Otherwise, overall, the staff is helpful and it's a clean, conveniently located store... And I suppose if you were into saving money, you wouldn't own a boat in the first place.

As always had everything I needed. As soon as I walked in a salesperson greeted me and assisted me with my needs. Very fast and efficient service.
