Very unusual yoga studio that many people love. Very bright lights, no music, same routine every time so if you’re into that you will enjoy it. I can’t get down with the vibe here because of that and the discouraging of drinking water, using props or modifying poses. Instructor called me out in front of class and said I should consider getting a haircut if I want to practice yoga and a woman also nearly passed out and they aggressively stopped her from leaving. Just odd. I would rather go to an accessible all body types welcome class that encourages people to take breaks when they need it and not pressure them into what doesn’t work for their body.

This is the first time I have been to the Yoga Factory in years. It was everything I remembered and more. The staff manages to be both personable and understandable. With the demands of the other students, they still gave me focused attention like a laser and accolades when I did well. They also did well to make the instructions accessible and lively for the learner. I will try to remember them next time I make it to the city.

I am so very glad to have found Yoga Factory! I enjoy some quality time with a very dear friend and get to spend some sacred time connecting with my body. The Hot 90 class is perfect for me at this part in my Yoga journey. Myra and Nikie are amazing instructors! Their encouragement and patient guidance throughout our practice is so helpful for me and so appreciated. This has become a very essential part of my self-care routine. ❤️🧘‍♀️🙏

Some of the instructors behave in ways that I find incompatible with a healthy yoga practice. People have been singled out and mocked in the middle of class for being perceived as different. I tried the place but the frequent off putting behavior of some instructors just got in the way. I would not describe this one studio as an inclusive and safe one.

The best place! Great variety of classes and instructors, no egos or weird stuff. I would recommend to anyone in the area - new or long time yogis. Their Sunday yin classes are the best!!!

This is my favorite yoga studio in Pittsburgh! They offer a variety of classes at convenient hours. My favorite is their original hot 26&2 class. This allows me to get the strength and flexibility that I love from heated yoga classes, as well as focusing and meditating on bettering myself and my body for 75 minutes. It's not an easy class and will take some discipline but I love that about it. It is the most well rounded exercise I've ever done When I first found the yoga factory I was working a demanding job and needed to find something to help me find peace among chaos. Cue the 5:30 am yoga class! (Class now starts at 6) Years later I brought my husband who had debilitating pack pain and now he swears by this practice. I even went while pregnant. The staff is wonderful and encouraging, and the facility is clean and inspiring. They have locker rooms and showers too. Not to mention fresh juice and coconut water in the fridge for purchase after class! 10/10 I would recommend to any

I have never done Yoga before, and I tried 2 of their classes and it was amazing. Myra and Angelica were my trainers and they were really great and knowledgeable. Since I was a beginner, they paid constant attention to my technique and corrected some of my poses. I felt calm and relaxed after both the classes, and not to mention, it was a great workout too. The facilities are clean and the general vibe is one of calm and peace. I am so happy that I tried out their classes and I intend to keep going there.

Yoga factory is the best! I have been practicing here for 11 years. I’ve tried many other studios and styles of yoga, but keep coming back here. All their classes are great, but the Hot Yoga 90 (formerly Bikram) style is my favorite. It is very simple to modify and is great if you are working through an injury. The teachers are all amazing and well trained. The studio is clean and very big, so it gets great air circulation. A truly special place! 10/10 would yoga again!

The classes and workshops that I have attended have been terrific. When my schedule allows, I will go more often. The instructors I've had have offered modified poses and pay attention to the students throughout the classes in order to guide you to your own personal best yoga experience class. You should try it.

Yoga Factory Pittsburgh is an amazing place where very talented teachers come together to share their passion. The schedule is varied enough to accommodate the busiest client, but even better is that you can never outgrow Yoga Factory Pittsburgh in your yoga practice. This place is so special! Wish I could give it 100 stars.

I’ve been coming to this studio for ten years. The staff and the type of yoga that they offer totally got me hooked. I will be a forever 90 minute and 26 postures yogi. The staff is excellent in terms of knowledge and their energy. I’ve been to a couple other of these studios throughout the country and nothing compares to this one.

Just tried this place out for the first time after hearing about it from a friend, and WOW I am so impressed!!! It's been several years since I've practiced regularly, and I found the hot yoga 90 class to be a great place to jump back in. So centering, relaxing, and challenging in a good way. Will definitely be coming back and yelling about this place to everyone I know!

This is the best yoga studio in the city! The teachers are awesome and supportive, the hot room and locker room are so clean! Everyone is super nice!! And there are offerings to expand one’s practice, like weekend excursions and seminars. Love this place!!

It was difficult to have an enjoyable class with the emanating smell of body odor. Some incense or essential oils could really help. The class, albeit challenging, was boring and repetitive. We held poses as in Yin yoga, although the class was listed as Vinyasa on the schedule. The expensive price at $20 for a drop-in was not worth what I got.

Since moving to South Florida, I really miss Pgh Yoga Factory and taking classes with Myra, Shannon, and Zeb. I decided to try the Livestream with Nicki B for Yin Yoga and it was amazing. She made me feel like I was in the studio. Her guided instructions and interaction during the class created a beautiful flow for me. I loved this class!

From the moment you walk in the door you begin to feel better. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Being new to yoga I was intimidated. They were so kind and encouraging. LOVE IT!

There is no place like Yoga Factory!!! I have been practicing at YF consistently for a little over a year and I have noticed improvements in my balance, strength, posture, gait... the list goes on. The Hot 90 classes are addicting and YF has such a great consistency and variety of classes it is easy to make time in the busiest day to practice. The Lawrenceville location is easy to get to and the teachers are unparalleled! I truly <3 Yoga Factory!!!

I am so happy I stumbled upon the Yoga Factory during my time in Pittsburgh! It is a wonderful yoga studio with a great positive environment and lovely, friendly, encouraging teachers. The studio is very welcoming to people of all abilities and I definitely recommend making it a part of your routine!

I've been practicing yoga regularly for about 16 years now. This is by far the best studio I've encountered, having the friendliest people, the most serious yet fun approach to the discipline, and the the best physical studio of any. A wide range of styles is offered and classes are frequent and well-run. Membership is affordable and fair, offering great value for the money. Yay, Yoga Factory.
