SKA is an amazing place for my children. They have benefit from the family like atmosphere created by a Sensei Steven and all the Sensei's at SKA, not to mention the friendships that they have gained with the other students. They have not only gained knowledge and skills that have helped improve their Karate technique they also learning valuable life lessons and are gaining confidence with every class. My whole family benefits from SKA and the adult workout classes are incredible. I never thought that I could be that person to WANT to get up everyday at 5am to exercise but at SKA I can't imagine missing a day! Just a great local business and such a nice addition to the area!

we love SKA, steven is a great sensei and person. I have been training fitness class with him for 1 year and 4 months and my husband for about a year (he decided to train with sensei steven after he saw the results in me) the flexibility of the schedule is perfect for us, the classes last 1 hour but time passes very fast, the atmosphere is friendly…since we became part of the SKA family, my husband and I have led a healthier life and a better relationship. thank you Sensei Steven and SKA family.

Such an amazing workout! Steven's boot camp classes for adults is such a fun class that had me sweating and laughing and singing along to the music! A full body workout that combines strength, cardio and boxing! Steven is so encouraging and motivating. Highly recommend!
