This is my 3 year old nephew's favorite store if that means anything to you. Also, the staff is very helpful and it's a great place to find those odd pieces the big chains don't carry.

Awesome service and quality. They have everything in hardware that you need and have very good inventory while other stores are struggling to keep stuff on the shelves. Very good over the phone service if you're looking for something unique.

Their products tend to be a bit pricey but their employees know their stuff and can help you find what you're looking for.

I am totally disappointed with the service and atmosphere at Paul B. Just about every visit my order is incorrectly checked out at the register. Their mask mandate is totally unscientific and I hear it is harming their staff. There are multiple reasons AB Martin is my favorite hardware supplier in Ephrata.

Came out from NJ where there’s no hardware stores as big as Paul B. I was amazed at the size and the variety they have. Employees are attentive and prices just about match big box stores. Also some other well known name tools that you can’t find in big box stores. Wonderful place and I’ll definitely stop here again when I’m out this way.

I appreciate their 2% discount for cash, however it would be nice to offer a little bit of a military veterans discount. Regardless the staff is very friendly and very helpful

I was told by someone that this place has everything that I need,I went and found out this place definitely had everything I need. I do lawn care and this place is a life saver and they have good prices 20 out of 5 stars.

Excellent customer service! Great products that you're not going to find at the big box stores. Awesome Stihl, Milwaukee, and Dewalt products and service. You will find numerous items, including standard and metric screws and bolts, drill bits, welding supplies, farm supplies, steel and pvc pipe, and safety products. They also make hydraulic hoses with a large assortment of fittings. It's a great full service hardware store!
