Terrible experience for a price that is way too high. Did not complete what was asked. Took multiple smoke breaks in a 5 hr period. Looking at phones often. Worked very slowly. I Had to bring them back in when packed to leave to get food off the wall and what they missed with vacuum and got an attitude about it. For 3 people cleaning and the cost my house should have been immaculate . Don’t use this company it’s a joke. Trust the reviews. Awful experience In response to owner comment. I did call. I was directed to an automatic text service and am still awaiting my return call.

Very friendly personnel! Amazing cleaning services and to be able to send and have them do our laundry is a great perk!! Definitely recommend to anyone who owns a BNB they want clean or just needs a good house cleaning.

Becht Pride did such an amazing job cleaning my house! I have a lot of pets and they made it look like a pet had never even lived there! The baseboards were spotless and they did a great job on all of my floors! The young lady that cleaned was very polite and took care of all of my concerns. I decided to sign up for recurring services with them so that my house will always look this great! Thank you guys for the amazing work.

Purchased Groupon for 12 hrs cleaning and they refused to redeem it until after the groupon expired(trying to scam me past the Groupon refund guarantee date of 90 days) and then offered cleaning services thru text for full dollar amount the next week...untrustworthy behavior. They are still at it and the business keeps harassing me with messages all the time even after asking them to stop. And their response is fictional or they have me confused with someone else...

Hello thanks for reviews this company here is the worst company to call my grandfather use there service horrible they got a guy that don’t no how to clean no crew different people every time keep billing us they are horrible don’t call this company I repeat lots of customers have bad experience with them they are not on time when they do arrive it’s only 2 people and they stay for 15 mins charge all that money and leave one girl number we got because she was great I wish we can reach her with out this horrible company so if you live in Laporte like we do stay doing business in Laporte not Michigan City

The people working here are very very friendly and great at their job! They will come in and clean your house, BNB, office, or just about anything from top to bottom. Plus they have a laundry service where they will clean and fold your laundry then deliver it back to you! Definitely highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good cleaning service!

I do not like leaving negative reviews, especially because Ben who owns the company is very nice. But we had a bad experience with the quality of work that was done for us. We hired Becht to finish many odd jobs before putting our house on the market. -When Rob the manager came out he told us things would be done a certain way but the guy who came provided shortcut solutions (was supposed to replace rotten post in carport but said it was too much work so stapled trim around it to hide the rot and painted it...) -Paint job was poor, paint drips were left on our new white trim to dry, entire areas of walls not painted, bad cutting around baseboard and ceiling. -Power wash didn’t seem to make much difference at all, and areas that were supposed to be done we left not completed as evident by spiderwebs and dust. -Caulking that was supposed to be done wasn’t. -our new drywall was chipped and had holes after work completely by electrician and he didn’t even attempt to patch or talk to us about it. -Cleaners came out and didn’t even attempt to sweep under beds, leaving lots of dust and dirt. Baseboards not dusted. Window sills untouched. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning but was a completely rushed job and I could have done much better. It was a really bad experience and I wish we had gone with someone else. The only reason for a second star was because I reached out to Ben and he sent someone to fix some of the errors, but even so, not everything was fixed. Paint job in our bathroom still looks bad. Very frustrating.
