Parking is very comfortable. They have cool retail things, but you will pay 50% over other places. It’s too expensive. Then again, this store is for boat and yacht owners that should have extra cash. Unless of course, they invested in Bitcoin. In that case, this store is not for them.

Moved to Puerto Rico about 8 months ago. Finally bought a boat to do some fishing. Brought my reels in today because I had got them tangled troll ring and had to cut all the liters off. Meet Rokero who works in the reel shop. This guy is great. Showed me how to rig my own polls and explained everything for me. Even gave me some pointers as to how and where to try. Great guy!

Amazing service, Edwin was knowledgeable and friendly. Found what I was looking for. The variety of apparel is great. Loved the store in general. :)

Yesterday Monday Oct 31 I went to this store to have a line put on my reel. I wast told I have to wait till Wednesday Nov 3 since there is only one person that can put a line on a reel on the store. This is a three day wait. How can a place so big with so many employees work like this? This is not good for the business and a waste of time for the customer.

Very friendly and productive staff, they helped me with items, sizes and alternatives to the things thry couldn't find in my size. So many items available for clothing, accesories, beach day essentials and more.

Traveled to this store this morning thinking that they opened at 9AM. The gate guard informed me that they open at 10AM. I left to do other things and returned at 12:45PM, to be told by the gate guard that West Marine is closed for the rest of the day for inventory! This never happened to me before and I find it hard to think that this is how they operate their stores in the US. That they will close their store during regular business hours to do inventory! I'm I wrong? Is this how businesses do inventory?

Good selection of fishing gear, though frozen bait mostly out if stock... only had frozen Ballyhoo

I don’t usually post reviews about stores but the service we received from Jazer was top notch. He took the time to explain to me and my husband everything we needed to know about a GPS we were looking to buy. We need more employees like him. The customer service is at another level. Whenever we go back we will ask for him for sure. The store has a good inventory on everything you need for your water toy. Prices are reasonable and plenty of parking space.

Wish West Marine had a 5 star, but unfortunately their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK. I’ve been coming here regularly and THERES ALWAYS A LONG LINE, 1 cashier, not many employees for this big store. I’m here at the store right now, Thursday at 10am and there’s a lot of people. The line has 6 people in front & the cashier TAKES FOREVER. It’s not the first time, I came here Tuesday and the same thing it took 30 mins for 5 people in line. They have attitude when you ask them if they can put another cashier instead of understanding the customer needs. I wish they could work on this! Maybe later on I could give a better review, it’s what I want!

Employees need training badly. From the most basic of greeting a customer product knowledge and procedures. I am a 25 year plus customer of West Marine with a commercial account and this store needs help.

Great variety of marine parts and beach clothing. Excellent fishing department. Prices are on the high side. Good customer service.

I took a 30 miles ride to the store 1:30Hrs total time. I wanted a service that they offer of filling the spool of my reel with their braided line. A young man called Dany said he was too busy storing new merchandise and that he could not attend me. New merchandise can be stored any time after attending a client.

Clean and well organized store with boat accessories and clothes besides beach clothes.

Hola… I shop regularly at this location for various products and have continuously lived on the island for four years). Mi español es un poco limitado pero no estoy incompetente… I asked three times for help seeking a fishing rod, I am aware of the permits and requirements and wanted to be certain I was purchasing a product that would fit my specific needs. The fishing dept staff ignored me three times to attend to clients who appeared to be wealthy tourists on vacation with no intention to purchase any product. I am very interesting in making fishing a sustainable part of my life and was excited to visit one of my favorite stores to make this happen. I hope that next time when I return I will be taken seriously- I had just gotten off work and was very excited to spend the money I had saved.
