The only good thing is the drive thru. However, always waiting for prescriptions for hours after being called in from the doctor. I've even gone the next day after it being called in and it still wasn't ready. I wait even when I call in my normal refills. We switched to this pharmacy because it was close to home. However we will be switching elsewhere. It's been three years and it's the same terrible thing over and over. It's not just one tough day. It's consistently terrible

Slow is an understatement. Takes a long time waiting in the drive-up, takes a long time waiting after prescription has been called in. Recently I was put on hold after calling them in my car and was still on hold 12 minutes later after parking and going to the counter in person...just to be told my prescription still wasn't ready from the doctor calling in the day before. Staff rarely seems to care and hasn't for some time. Done with this location.

Slowest place on earth to get post surgery medication. Had oral surgery in the AM. Had to wait 5 hours to get pain meds. Intern also needs to work on having a personality.

Seriously, a great stop. Bright and clean inside and out. Fast and friendly employees, free coffee on Fridays, great $10 car wash, alcohol-free gas options, and usually am extra nickel off per gallon with your Hy-Vee store receipt.

Reasonably priced good service good place to buy gas and if ya got a fuel saver thingy you can get a discount for having it

I use the handicap service have my gas pumps they were kind courteous prompt come out a great experience and it is a great service for us that have a hard time getting in and out of a car thank you for having that

Had back surgery yesterday. Needed my pain meds. Pulled up and lady said the main pain meds were on back order and didn’t even give us time to ask a single question as I’m sitting in pain in the car and went to grab other prescription. We Waited 10 minutes and then called my doctor to go somewhere else. Just saying if you’re fresh out of any surgery don’t send prescriptions here. If you’re out of something don’t immediately turn around. Let the customer ask a question.

The air pump always lets more air out of your already low tires and they never get it fixed. I should have learned my lesson by now. And the touchless wash bay never works right. Recently the mechanical arm smashed into my bumper and got hung up on it. Then it only does a half rinse and said it was done. 30 seconds in or so. So my trucks covered in soap and dirt but thankfully there was no damage to my truck. 3 times in a row isn't a coincidence. Nice people but poor equipment and worse food and prices.

Won’t be coming back. Bought in a cup for refill for shushie. Got charged for a new one. Will be going to Kum and Go for gas and shushie. $4 is crazy for a refill shushie. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. I am very disappointed in how hy vee gas treats their customers.
