I just walked in hoping to get some help with a friend's hearing aids. He had only had them a couple weeks and they weren't working. Valerie was so nice and helpful and I would recommend to anybody looking for an audiologist to go to Intermountain Audiology in Cedar City. The Dr's were out for the day but Valerie was able to clean the filters and show me how to change them myself. She was just so nice and helpful and hope anybody needed hearing help with give this place a try first.

Dr. Burrows was an empathetic doctor who listened to my needs. He performed a detailed hearing examination and then we explored my options together. My treatment plan was outlined clearly, and I felt like Dr. Burrows took my job and family life into consideration when we spoke about the right treatment option for me. I would definitely recommend Intermountain Audiology to everyone I know!

This place is incredible! Not only were they able to get me a NEXT DAY appointment, but the staff was so darn helpful and nice. All of my questions were answered. The doctor was kind and patient and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location to my family (in fact, I’m already planning to bring my mom here the next time she visits for a hearing aid that actually works & fits her needs)!

Since I am visiting family from out of town, and was having trouble hearing my grandchildren's excited stories, I had no clue where to find a place to help me. I called at random and was so fortunate to get in immediately! I was given an extensive hearing test with adjustment to settings. Lo and behold my right ear was so full of wax, it was no wonder! After a gentle cleaning I was back to "normal" Thank you for your wonderful services at no CHARGE ! 😊 I am a happy visitor to Cedar City, Utah

I hardly have the ability to describe my feelings, are how grateful I am, to be able to hear again. Especially being able to hear and talk to my family and friends again. They are very skilled at what they are doing, this by far the best results I have had with my hearing problem. I will be telling everyone this is the place to go.

Dr Burrows and his staff are amazing! I had a really great experience even though they weren't able to cure my longtime tinnitus they did everything they could for me and didn't charge me anything.

I cannot praise the Hearing and Brain Centers of America enough. It started when I was trying to find an appointment for my 94yo father in law. The person with whom I spoke was in Richfield. However, she didn't pass the buck. She helped me get an appointment in St. George, because that was the soonest that she could get us in. They accepted my Father in Law as a new patient, even though he has hand-me-down hearing aids. And they helped him! He has a follow up appointment now in Cedar City where he lives. They bend over backwards to support you. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Outstanding.

I was diagnosed with a rare form of hearing loss in 2018 called reverse slope hearing loss. I was told at that time there was no treatment for RSHL. I randomly googled audiologists near me after listening to a podcast about RSHL where they said some audiologists do understand this condition. Lo and behold, these folks popped up and within weeks, I was fitted with hearing aids that have successfully given me my life back!!! I hear better than I ever have, in my life! They caught it at stage 2 loss, and I am confident with consistent treatment I will no longer have to be worried about going completely deaf before I’m even in my 40s. Amazing!!!
