So I have come in before with my watch and had trouble with some employees putting on a screen protector that would clash with the bumper on my watch. I always coming back because the screen protector pops off again that same day, and that happened again recently! When I came in the other day to get it fixed Myriam was there and was so kind and helped me out! She put the protector on that doesn’t clash with my watch and even replaced the bumper so I wouldn’t have another problem with it! Myriam has always helped me out and has amazing customer service!

David was AWESOME!!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had with a smile:) Cleaned my iPhone really well before adhering the new screen saver and putting my new case on. Great customer service!!! ZAGG has our families business💪🏼

I went there and wanted my S22 screen repaired, it was turning on but the upper part was broken. The guy told me that it was ok... I let my phone. He changed the screen and it did not turned on... after that he told me something might have happened. He ruined my phone and also wanted to charge me 70 dollars for his time.... After ruining my phone totally. He called his boss and told us that 50 dollars was enough for ruining my phone. I payed... I will never return to Zagg. Awful experience. 50 dollars for destroying a phone...

After calling to ensure ZAGG had the screen in stock that I needed, I showed up and was friendly greeted professionally. Forms were fast and easy to fill out, my phone screen was completely replaced and working beautifully within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, thank you!

These screen protectors have always worked great for me. For 4 years we have used them on our phones and our kids. So nice to have it replaced for 10 bucks whenever I want. Their customer service is great and the workers are always so helpful and kind.

David did an amazing job on my screen repair! My screen stopped working during class and I was able to drop it off. Came back an hour later and it was good as new! David provided excellent service, would definitely recommend :)

What a great place with great and friendly customer service! I love their warranties on their cases!! I wish they had a few more choices to choose from but they still had great stuff.

We had a screen replaced. It looks and works great. The only small negative. Was we stood in line waiting for quite some time and he greeted us but I think he could have said “I’ll be right with you” or given some sort of communication in the mean time as we were waiting for quite a while.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience here. Anne was professional and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a new protective iPad case and a screen protector for it. I will definitely be returning.

If you’re looking for a privacy screen protector don’t get one from Zagg. While their employees are great, recently their privacy screen protectors have been poor in quality. Mine barely works and after a month of normal use (no drops at all) it has formed 2 large cracks across the bottom corners. Similarly, the last 3 privacy screen my best friend has had installed on her phone have also developed cracks just from normal usage. Again, the employees are wonderful, I would recommend Zagg for any other services!

David was an extremely excellent helper. He fixed my screen quickly and proficiently. He had the repair done in the exact time frame he said it would be and was very kind. I would most definitely come back for future problems and highly recommend ZAGG to anyone and everyone.

Great experience. Got my damaged screen repaired within the hour of them closing and stayed open past closing for me to pick it up. Would recommend.

Stopped by Zagg to get a couple screen covers. They made it so easy, installed one and handed me the second one to gift to one of my kids (they can bring it in to have it installed). Helped me find a charger and even a new case.
