This is the only doctors office where I have ever felt welcomed and immediately felt at ease. Dr Rodriquez is warm, explains the details of my heart issue and immediately reassured me that He would find the answers I needed. His staff is remarkable. Two people I have to praise are Esteban, the tech in the stress lab and the tech doing the echocardiogram. I had never had these tests before and they are the kindest, warmest, and most reassuring men. They have the unique ability to be professional and truly compassionate at the same time. I think you get the idea that this office is a HUGE asset to the Lower Keys communities. I am so grateful for all they did for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for almost two years after moving here from the Panhandle of Florida. I had a stent place when in the Panhandle and after the move I needed a follow up Dr to make sure everything stayed healthy. After the first visit I could rest easy that I found a Dr that cared about me and not just the money he was paid. I have ran into Dr Rodriguez in public and he knows me by name as well ask how I am feeling. I also had the pleasure of see the NP April. She is such a breath of fresh air every time I see her. Always smiles, and takes her time to make sure she covers everything with you, and makes sure you don't leave without knowing everything you need to know. The whole staff is very nice to deal with. From the ladies at the counters, to the nurse staff, everyone is there for YOU. I don't like the reason I had to meet these people, but I sure do feel like my life is in good hands with them.

This was my first office visit. Professional office staff. My nurse, Margaret, was very pleasant, extremely thorough with questions that gave her a good understanding of my health problems. She has a very calming demeanor which put me at ease. My first impression of Dr. Rodriquez was very positive. He is interested in getting to the root of my health problems -- not just throwing medicines at me. I feel very confident that he will be able to help get on a path to better health.

We were in need of a good cardiologist down here in Key West, and Dr. Rodriguez fills that need admirably. My experience at the Mount Sinai facility here was excellent, ranging from the original contact to secure a visit, the experience checking in, and finally meeting with Dr. Rodriguez. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about my infirmity, and provided a detailed outline of my options and possible solutions to my health problem. I as very satisfied with my visit with him and will recommend to others needing care for heart ailments.

This appt was only for a blood draw. No issues with that. I've been a patient through all the multiple ownerships of this cardiology practice for 7 yrs.Bruce Boros, MD ; University of Miami ;Boros again and now Mt. Sinai Hospital , Miami Beach. Mostly my providers have remained the same. But the only issue I've had in the past is that all the ownership changes led to a few years of my records being misplaced. Thankfully for Nancy, a long time front desk employee, they were finally retrieved. Unfortunately she's no longer there. I wish health care was about providing, quality affordable care to the community and not for corporate profits.

It was a relief to get an accurate diagnosis with coresponding adjustment in my medication. The results have been improved sense of wellness and a minimizing of the symptoms of atril fibulation. I have felt much better as a result of my visit. Thank you for the kind, courteous, professional service.

Dr Rodriques is great, warm and spends time with questions and answers...trust him and Mount Sinai. Back in today for another conversation with Dr. Rodriquez....great guy and as always I appreciate his input and trust his plan.

Staff was efficient and almost perfectly on time. Dr Ray spent the appropriate amount of time reviewing everything. No problems.
