Great care. Respectful and helpful staff. A+. I'm 51. Didn't think I needed hearing aids but my wife was sure I did. Went in had a hearing test and found a big deficiency. They explains my options allowed me to use loaners until I made my decision and ultimately helped me find the pair I wanted. And now I can watch TV's and talk to my family without saying "what?" All the time!

Dr. Liberio is amazing! Her office feels like home and everyone is so caring and nice! I do not like people touching my ears as they are always sensitive and she is very gentle and explains as she goes. I highly recommend the whole family sees her for any ear issues you may have.

Dr. Reddy and this practice are wonderful! My husband has struggled with poor results before with his hearing aids. Family Hearing tested and evaluated him so professionally and thoroughly, that he now has the proper HA's, custom domes and great software to manage his devices. We are thrilled!

Cristina Reddy is looking after my mom's hearing aid. I can't adequately express my gratitude for her assistance. She is incredibly sweet and caring. Cristina patiently explains everything repeatedly until we fully grasp it. Our 15-30 minute appointments end up lasting over an hour and a half because she leaves no stone unturned in ensuring we understand all the information and have tested all the equipment. Cristina is a true gem, and we deeply appreciate her invaluable help.

Love this hearing practice! The audiologist was very thorough and takes time to listen to your questions. My teenager felt very comfortable talking to her and asking questions herself. I Highly recommend this practice for anyone in your family!

Dr. Allison Liberio is a kind, patient, and thorough doctor! I have seen her 3x now for hearing tests related to sudden hearing loss and she is so calm and reassuring. Since it was a quick onset she took it very seriously and sent my results immediately to an ENT specialist, called them to make sure they would get me an emergency visit, and has stayed in touch with my progress. I am happy to share that as of today my hearing has been restored and she was just as thrilled as me. You can really tell she cares about you and loves her job. She helped my nerves and gave me tips on how to cope with the tinnitus I was experiencing. All around 5 stars for Family Hearing Practice! :) thank you!!

I purchased new hearing aids from them and the experience has been great. Recently I had Rachel tune up one of the settings on a "can I come in today" to get that adjustment made. She was able to see me same day and made the fix. Great Service!

Very nice place. I seen Rachel Meyers, BS and she is amazing. Took her time with tests and explaining the functions of my hearing aids. I went to another audiologist a few years back and they were not as thorough. If you have hearing loss this place will take care of you.
