Fraud. I made an appointment at my doctors referral. The lady who made the appointment described to me when I asked what the appointment usual entails. She described a FREE scan that is done to get a picture of my liver. There website confirms this service is FREE. Today, I got a bill for $64 for this FREE service. Someone there better bet I will be calling to get it fixed.

Since I can't give a zero start rating, I'll give a one. I suggest avoiding this AZH if you value your time. Appointment times mean nothing to these people, they will get to you when they get to you. When you ask why the care giver is late, "oh we are busy today" with absolutely no concern for your time. This happened to me regularly at AZH. I decided to schedule my appointment for 7:30am, the first appointment of the day, blood work, it should be pretty easy to get this right, right? Well not for me. I arrived ten minutes early and checked in. After waiting 15 minutes I politely informed the receptionist that I had another appointment close by at 8:00am that I could not be late for. She replied, "the nurse is on her way right now". Ten minutes later, still no nurse. I'll be looking for a new Care Giver that knows how to schedule their time and does not treat patients like an inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Lucy provided a comfortable experience using the fibroscanner. Ashley was thorough in her explanation of the fibroscan. She asked me some detailed questions about my liver health and past explanations of my liver enzymes from providers. She gave me an order for blood analysis and scheduled an appointment for future followup. I really appreciated the review of my mild case of my fatty non-alcoholic liver.

I was completely satisfied with the visit at liver health center. Everyone so helpful and kind. Nurse Ashley was caring and very professional. She called me the next day with a follow up. Im happy

Very clean and tranquil facility. I felt like every staff member I came in contact with was professional. After my Fibroscan I met with Ashley Hepner, ANP. She was informative, friendly and calming. As a patient, you want to know what’s up, but you don’t want to get freaked out.

Arizona Liver Health was easy to schedule with and my visit with Dr. Manch was superb. He is professional and personable and even followed up with me the next day with the next steps of my treatment. I highly recommend this practice, Dr Manch and Tessa.

Dr. Kohli was amazing! I had some serious liver issues & she was able to expertly direct a healing process with great care & professionism.

My doctor ordered labs and I got my results from the SQ lab portal. I saw that a few markers were off and contacted them Thursday morning to speak to the doctor or MA. I was told that they have 24-48 hours to return my call and that they didn’t have any available appointments until March. I called again today (Friday) and another message was put in and I was told that they had until the end of the day to return my call. I called at 4:50, right before they closed and the MA had just left. All of a sudden they had a few appointments on Monday. Looks like I’m going to find another liver specialist.

She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’d recommend her to anybody. Can’t wait to see her again!

I had a great visit with Dr Manch... just like I would've had with Dr Kohli. Everyone at AZ LIVER HEALTH are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Manch took time to get to know me as a person as well as professionally. He knew my history before he came in to see me which meant alot to me.

She was so understanding, compassionate, no judgement. Explained things well, offered various options. Excellent bedside manner and a short wait. I would absolutely recommend!! Julie B

This physician's assistant was kind, approachable and she listened to me. She was very "down to earth". She treated me with respect, and I was confident I was in capable hands.

Great professional staff. Although it was difficult to obtain records for my GP. Not sure the fax number listed is a good one. Tessa is knowledgeable, helpful and caring.

Very kind, wanted to find out the issue, I didn't feel like a number or like I was being passed off. One of the best doctors I have been to in years. Other physicians should take note of his caring manner.

Top notch. They are excellent at communicating and patient enough to answer your questions even if it’s not during your appointment. Not only do they communicate well with me(the patient) - they communicate well within the clinic from appointment setting to your procedures and ultimate care.

This company deserves an award for the most staffed clowns. Seriously plan to help a community treating your employees to egregious inequities. This company used predatory tactics to relinquish me from a role that could have served the hepatic community well. There were several instances management neglected to inform me that I was being preyed upon, which became a sequelae for more disorder. Apply or seek care elsewhere if you are looking to make an impact or improve your health. All locations are a no go. No thanks needed.
