Must see. It's an amazing neighborhood lightning I have ever seen. Better the other in parks. Can spend an hour or so. I went there 2 times. I think Firday night or weekend could be more people.

I love seeing this neighborhood around Christmas, I already went two times. Today I drove by , it was during week day , it feels like not all the lights and decorations were on, but weekends they are. There is a donut truck Friday - Sunday and a horse drawn carriage, as well as hot chocolate some people living there serve . You feel like in a fairy tale. Parking is a little tight during weekends but there is little of places around neighborhood to park.

We went twice. One week day and 1 weekend. These people do it up with lights, themes and interesting automations. Horse driven wagon rides and OH So Good mini donuts and various hot chocolate stands. A perfect December jaunt.

Great experience here!! It's so great to be able to walk safely through the neighborhood seeing such great displays. What an amazing community to do this for the kids. My 1 and 3 year old loved seeing the lights and the horses in the wagon.

Great experience. Vendors selling hot cocoa and donuts, horse rides. Really festive atmosphere. Recommend getting there right at sunset to avoid crowds and get decent parking.

One the most amazing neighborhoods that truly capture the spirit of the season. If you’re looking for a great family experience, you should for sure check it out!!! Lots of the family’s sell hot chocolate, there even a food truck selling donuts! Tons of kiddos, doggos, and families strolling about.

Amazing to see almost the entire neighborhood lit up. We drive through about 5 streets and 90% of the homes are covered in lights. From lights synced up to a radio station to simple light decorations great to see the Christmas spirit at these homes. Will definitely be back next year before Christmas. We visited the week after Christmas. Still lots of lights to see.

The homeowners here do a great job of not only decorating down to the smallest detail, but the Christmas spirit is so thick, you can almost feel it. The residents are always so cheerful and receptive. The giant koala has been in this neighborhood for many years and has such a cool story behind it. If you get a chance, stop and talk to the homeowner to hear it. Them having a fresh donut truck on site and Christmas carolers on certain Saturdays is a great touch as well.

Absolutely beautiful and amazing what all the neighbors have done. However, it is NOT safe. I was pushed into the street and then chased by this crazy man to my car. People saw it all happen but did nothing. I thought this was a safe place to be. Its not. Keep your families safe and find somewhere else to look at lights. ** For more context, I had been walking with my dog and while I was standing to the side to let a group of people pass by, this woman ran into us and knocked me over across the sidewalk and into the street. We had been calmly standing there not bothering anyone, and she pushed us into the street and screamed at us. (She was probably stressed out because she had lost track of her child and was trying to find him in the neighbors’ backyards). My dog started barking, which I apologized for then walked away. However, she got her husband to follow me and yell at me down the street (not sure why he wasn’t helping to find their lost kid). He followed me all the way to my car a few blocks away and continued yelling while I drove somewhere safe. Please do not visit. If people can see this happen and do nothing, it is NOT safe.

This is definitely being added to our annual lights tradition. Absolutely stunning!

👍👍 We went there for the first time last night and it’s a great place for both kids and adults!! Don’t believe the bad reviews complaining about this place just being for kids. You just need to let your creative side take over. We got there around 3:30pm and the cashier informed us that if we wait till...

👍👍 I love this dog park so much. I took my dog to all the parks in the Chandler-Gilbert area and this has been the best overall. Large area for the dogs to run around in, a separate gated area that's unofficially used as a small dog / timid dog section, and super friendly regulars to hang out with. Eve...
