Man,
was
this
a
bit
of
an
ordeal.
I’d
initially
sent
an
email
inquiry
back
in
late
April/
early
May
to
see
about
getting
a
softener
installed
in
my
home.
After
back
and
forth
emails
and
a
phone
call
with
Glenn,
an
appointment
day
was
set
and
a
price
was
quoted.
The
appointment
day
came
and
went
with
nothing
from
Mountain
Fresh.
I
called
and
spoke
with
Kathy
(I
believe
that
was
her
name)
and
there
was
no
record
of
me
or
my
appointment
in
the
system.
I
had
to
go
through
the
whole
process
again
of
giving
them
info,
forwarding
the
emails
from
Glenn
and
summarizing
our
conversation,
as
well
as
multiple
follow
up
phone
calls
between
myself,
the
front
office
and
Hunter.
Needless
to
say
I
was
*incredibly*
frustrated.
I
was
offered
a
discount
due
to
the
inconvenience
of
the
whole
scenario,
but
after
clearing
my
schedule
for
a
day
when
I
was
told
someone
would
arrive,
I
did
not
feel
it
adequately
represented
the
company
dropping
the
ball
in
the
manner
it
did.
Highly
unprofessional
in
my
opinion.
Hunter
found
a
day
that
worked
for
me
and
an
estimated
time
of
arrival.
There
was
no
confirmation
phone
call
the
day
before
my
appointment
time
(I
started
wondering
if
it
would
even
happen
considering
my
past
experience
with
this
company).
On
the
day
of
the
appointment,
it
was
getting
to
the
tail
end
of
the
estimated
time
of
arrival
and
I’d
heard
nothing
from
the
installer.
I
called
Hunter,
left
a
message
and
received
a
call
back
saying
the
installer
would
be
arriving
in
15
minutes.
The
installer
came,
got
everything
set
up
and
was
on
his
way!
A
happy
ending!
However
my
experience
is
still
incredibly
soured.
The
*only*
reason
I
stuck
with
this
company
after
the
no
call/
no
show
was
because
they
came
highly
recommended
by
a
friend
of
mine.
The
communication
from
this
company
is
lackluster
and
needs
serious
improvement.
Their
prices
are
competitive
compared
to
other
quotes
I
received,
and
the
work
done
seems
to
be
quality
(which
is
why
it’s
3
stars
and
not
1),
but
the
communication
disconnect
and
missing
of
an
initial
appointment
really
just
ensured
I
wouldn’t
be
recommending
them
to
anyone
I
know.
