I recently purchased some magazines from Los Ranchos Gun Shop and was very impressed with their customer service. When I made the order, I noticed I was charged $56 for shipping seven magazines. I contacted them immediately and they sent me a check to cover the difference. Turns out they ordered it from a third-party vendor and that vendor charged extra in shipping, However, the gun shop ended up taking a loss to ensure my customer satisfaction. I will absolutely be buying from them again!

I looked at all the great pictures and reviews, and I had to double check several times that I was at the right gun shop? Besides, a decent selection of reloading stuff, they basically had nothing. One grouchy guy behind the counter that yells at you if you get near the service items, which you canโ€™t even tell apart from what few firearms they had. There must be doing something going on with his business because it is so different from all the reviews and what I saw.

Employees were great. First time buying a firearm in a different state and they answered all questions I had and felt really welcomed there. Hearing how they interacted with other customers also showed they care more about making them happy than just making a sale. They care more about helping customers than making a sale which is amazing. Highly recommend going here.

The Best Gun Shop and accessories in Albuquerque! A Very knowledgeable staff, Good Inventory, with Great Pricing, with discounted prices for police, military, and veterans. I had decided on an pretty expensive item, and had shopped/looked around online, and their prices were just as low, even a little better. Buy Local! Just go their and ask questions about anything, No Stupid Question!! If you buy your first gun, get Trained Right. There is No Such Thing as an Unloaded Gun!

A rowdy bunch, calling their customers all sorts of names and casting aspersions without cause.. That's like parsley without a cause, or rutabaga. Actually the staff, from the sales staff on up, are pretty nice and knowledgeable people, I am obliged to say. And, more recently, I buy most of my firearms from them.

The processing of getting a gun and doing the background check could have been smoother. Especially since I bought the gun in store and online with one of your workers help. Definitely waited a long period of time to receive the gun and waited some more for background check to clear, When it all All could have been done when I bought the gun online in store with worker. Worker should have had me fill out the paperwork right then and there. To make the process go faster. Absolutely love the gun it's a beautiful but the time period could have been better.

I took a rusted pistol to Brian at Los Ranchos Gun shop for cerakoting. Him and the rest of the staff were wonderful! They kept me up to date and showed me the progress, as well as giving me advice on any questions I had. I will be doing more business with them. Before and after pictures attached.

Use caution when considering doing a consignment with this business. I had 2 firearms on consignment. Hadn't heard a word from them so I decided to stop in. When I did, both guns were gone. After one of the employees did some searching, she confirmed both had been sold. They never notified me. In addition, they indicated they couldn't write a check because they didn't have a checkbook from their new bank but can do an electronic transfer which they did. They made it sound simple. However, the system they use for this takes 4 to 6 days before you have access to the funds. I still do not have access to these funds. Clearly their consignment process is quite broke. Be careful and if you do decide to consign, stop in personally to very your product is still there or not. They all seem like nice folks and I have purchased and consigned when they were at the old location under the previous owners with no problems. Be careful.

I have purchased and pick up a few guns and accessories from Los Ranchos and have had nothing but an amazing experience each time. The staff is very experienced, professional and polite. If you don't see something in the store chances are they might be able to get it. You just have to ask. The original building they were in was nice but the new building is even more amazing. I highly recommend Los Ranchos being your number one go to shop.

I have been a customer since 1980. Enjoyed the variety of merchandise and at times prices. Above all l enjoyed making friends with some of the employees, but alas, some of them are gone. The new facility is great, the format is well designed and easy to shop. Over all l will keep on shopping there.

Let me first say I am a new gun owner with very little knowledge but wanting a gun for protection. The person assisting me was helpful enough but ordered me the wrong laser grip which took almost 3 weeks to come in and they never called when it came in. I had to go in the shop and they located it after almost a half hour. The right grip was ordered but after another 2 or 3 weeks of not hearing back from them it was delivered I again went into the shop. They said it was delayed by the manufacturer and gave me my money back. Funny because I was able to get it on Amazon in just 3 days. Canโ€™t say I will be going back to the shop again.

I took my dadโ€™s pistol that wasnโ€™t working anymore. Itโ€™s an old pistol and a good memory for me and my family. Well, I did enjoy talking with the staff. They were very helpful. I purchased some ammunition and their gunsmith did an excellent job to repair my dadโ€˜s pistol, thank you Los Ranchoโ€™s Gun Shop

First time dealing Los Ranchos Gun. They are very helpful and knowledgeable on all weapons, ammo, rules and regulations. It would be safe to say that I will be using them in the near future and will consider them my hometown shop. Thanks Los Ranchos
