The nurses are awesome. From the front desk to the back office. I can't begin to talk about Dr. Rawls, he convinced me it was okay to get my vaccine after my surgery. He had an awesome manner about him that makes you feel comfortable to talk to him. No question is a silly one. Highly recommend him.

The way they force you to make a payment if they know your insurance won’t cover all is dissatisfying to me. I know everyone deserves to be paid but to be put upon a payment plan even before services or rendered or have them get a supervisor since you can’t pay what they offer immediately is strange to me. Never had medical services like this before and with I could’ve checked other options but a cancer patient and following directions of my oncologist.

I was referred here by my family physician whom I trust, for a colonoscopy. Being it was my first time having this done, I was a little apprehensive. With prayer I proceeded. I followed the instructions given to me at the consultation by the PA and the nurse to prepare for the procedure. As per the instructions, we arrived an hour early.There was plenty of people in the waiting room, however my wait time was maybe 20 min max. I was then called to the back and given a nicely warmed blanket and was really comfortable as I waited about for the procedure.Then, maybe 15 minutes later, a staff member took me to the bed and then the nurse checked my vitals and brought me another warmed blanket and made sure of my comfort as I relaxed and awaited the Dr. Then Dr Akin came in and briefed me on the procedure. He was kind, friendly and professional. What you need at a time like this, lol. Being that he’s an experienced physician, doing this everyday, I knew everything would be just fine. I was asked to lay on my left side and then I was asleep in minutes, dreaming away under my warm blanket. Then came in the nurse, calling my name, awakening me from my dream. I apologized that I fell asleep waiting on the procedure to start and she said, “you’re all done!” I was surprised that it had been done and I didn’t even know it, lol. There was no pain or discomfort before or after. I was like, really?! She smiled and said yes. Then came in Dr Akin, checking on me. He said everything went well. He and the entire staff was great. If you’re a person, 45 or older, go see him for your colonoscopy. It might save your life.

From the time I walk in to the desk they were helpful and quick on paperwork. Then to the nurses in back we’re nice and talkative to what was going to happen and what I needed to do. Then to the doctor who comes in to let you know what he going to do and what he will be looking for. The process was quick and simple ty

My experiences at both the Shircliff and Barr Street locations were to say the least exemplary. The staff was courteous, professional and prompt. I like to commend the entire team: June, Marisa, Anissa, Johnni Sue and of course Dr. Patel. Special thanks to June and Anissa, you ladies exceeded what is probably expected. Thanks Again.

Everyone at this office made me feel comfortable and at ease through my whole process. Dr. Costrini is so kind and lighthearted that I wasn’t nervous at all. The emails that get sent from his office are amazing as they have the date, time AND you can click for directions so you don’t end up at the wrong place 😁

This was my first time ever having the 2 procedures I had done and going to this facility. I must say, the entire staff was very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and welcoming. Even during this pandemic, I felt safe because they were following CDC guidelines and taking safe precautions. It was an overall great experience. Special thanks to Dr. Kuehn and his team! 😊

After two bad experiences before coming to Jacksonville I was more than a little anxious. The desk staff was efficient and my check-in nurse made me feel like I was the most important patient in the room. My surgical nurse assured me that she would be with me through recovery and asked if I had any concerns or requests. Dr Cooper promised me that I would not wake up or feel anything. In the procedure room great music played (although I only heard the opening chords) and then I was awake - perfect experience.

Everyone at the clinic was warm and helpful. Dr Brown is absolutely the best, he cares, listens intensely, is so knowledgeable. He took his time with me and knew exactly what plan to put into place for me. Glad that I'm in his care.

Dr. Andrew Brown, the nurses. And the staff here were absolutely incredible. I was very nervous. The level of professionalism, care and accommodation that they were able to provide was truly unbelievable and above and beyond. Dr. Brown is fantastic! Skilled, professional, warm, kind and reassuring, in equal measure. Rest assured you will be in good hands with him and his team.

My husband had a procedure today and I have never experienced a more professional and kind staff as I did today. The Riverside location managers should be proud and give kudos to the front and back staff members.
