This is the worst station ever. The two black woman that service this area are rude have no customer service and act like we as customers are there to harm them instead of getting help so you won’t be stranded this is very sad i got threatened by da security guard telling me i cant take any pictures and if i did that he would take it from me so i told him if that’s the case call the police and which he said dont need the police ill just take it from you. I told him I’m calling the police and he told me in his words “Don’t trip ima get you handle. As if he going to send someone up here to handle me. Need station needs to be investigated

To you: Customer Service - I walked in at 445pm 4/18/16 up to the counter booth and "your" Greyhound Staff looked at me approaching HER booth and before I reached the booth, she place "the closed" sign in front of her counter booth. You believe that! I asked if there's another Greyhound employee coming, and she ignored me like I was begging for money. What kind of business you are running? Do you have a HR? Do you just let your employees do what ever they want. Your staff is your responsibility and it's on you on how they treat customers. Wow! What a very sad sad management Greyhound has. This isn't just here in San Antonio, Houston, Phoenix, and Los Angeles your staff are ugly to their customers. What are you doing to do about it? Look at your ratings. Are you proud your part of a company that has low Customer service. What I experienced was disappointing and disrespectful, for her to place that close sign like that. If she doesn't want to work, she shouldn't be there. I felt offended and treaded like I was dirt. Do your JOB and fix it.

I would rather walk than have to deal with Greyhound bus again. Not all of the buses are Greyhound buses, many are contract buses. No Wi-Fi, barely had air conditioning. Uncomfortable

If I could possibly grade ZERO stars, I would. From the get go - first bus was late, in the rain with a broken leg and 3pieces of luggage. Second bus delayed indefinitely so missed all my connecting buses. Had to walk 1/2 mile to station in Pittsburgh in the rain, w/ said luggage. First two drivers were okay. Second two were wanna-be prison guards who maybe didn't get the memo, were rude, unprofessional and frankly were barely mediocre drivers. Then of course, the second to last driver had to chastise, counsel the passengers and make me miss my last connecting bus. This driver also allowed a young man to board his bus when he should have been directed to another bus, and then became argumentative, obtuse and confrontational . He was unable to simply apologize to the young man and attempt to correct his own personal error. After 35 hours as a customer/traveler of Greyhound's , I can honestly say, I don't ever see a time in my future where I will ever pay for a Greyhound bus trip anywhere. Take the time factor out of it. When compared to taking a plane, simply the hassle and poor passenger treatment was enough of a reason to compel me to fly. But the absolute disregard to the fact that we each paid for a service and that service was never delivered upon. I'll pay the extra $100-$200 and catch a plane. It is worth it to not have to deal with the never ending stream of shortcomings I witnessed and experienced.

The first bus and the station smelled horrible!! The bus driver was nice. The ride was smooth, we arrived in Houston safely. The return trip was much better, bus didn't smell...too bad. This bus driver was nice as well. The station did smell much better upon return. The scent of Bleach was appreciated. It was a last-minute travel choice, I appreciate it being available. It was my first greyhound experience and probably my last. However, if you need to travel this way, just bring a mask and disinfectant. Everything else was fine.

Immensely poor service. Prepare to be treated as a second class citizen at the station by all/nearly everyone in a yellow jacket. Unwilling to provide help or guidance and take a confrontational stance with riders at nearly all times. If it rains or gets a little cold, prepare to be stranded at the bus terminal/locked outside as they did to me on the return trip, giving no notice of cancellation of all buses to the riders the day of travel and leaving them with no ride, and if you call customer service you will speak to a poorly informed outsourced call center rep from India who will refuse to give you a refund or alternative transport. Worse than a worthless resource. Actually detrimental to society.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had an 11:15 am direct bus from Austin to Corpus. Bus finally pulls in at 1:30pm. I ask driver if I’ll make it to Corpus by 7. He says yes. We stop in San Marcos, he gets off to smoke, gets back on & we go. We stop in San Antonio, he says we’re switching drivers. He gets off and another man gets on, tells us all to get off the bus, that we’re 2 hours late so have missed our next bus. My ticket was direct. I was not to switch buses. Told next bus leaves for Corpus at 7:20pm. I explained that I desperately needed to get to a place of business that closed at 7 and can’t take a bus at that time. They give me a number to call for a refund. I call and they give me an email. I email and they say that I’m not due a refund and services were provided. I’ve asked 3 times why my direct ticket was not direct and instead required a transfer in San Antonio, and each time I get a generic response thanking me for my concerns and that they provided service and I’m not due a refund. I’ll dispute with my bank. The bus smelled like vomit thanks to row 3 literally being covered in vomit. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the bus. There was no toilet paper on the bus. Avoid if you’re able to!

It is clean and I felt safe. Staff is not very friendly, but I'm sure they go through a lot and their job is difficult. Clean restrooms. I don't think the food court stays open long enough. They also won't let you wait for your love ones outside. Bummer. I wanted to see my love get off the bus and help with luggage.

If you make sure to buy your tickets at least a month in advance you'll probably get the cheapest price which is about 35 per person for one way or about 80 per person for round trip. Their process is very smooth overall but their staff seems cranky and gives you attitude real quick if you mishear them. They will say to get in line at a certain lane and then yell at people if they misunderstand because they don't speak English or didn't hear them well enough. And is not just in this location. The Dallas greyhound station was the same way, which makes me think this company either hires easily irritated people or they don't treat them well enough.

Dumpy station. Dumpy bus. Uncomfortable, noisy, dilapidated, filthy and overpriced. Will not use again. Greyhound ticket was 123. Just rode Amtrax in comfort and had all their amenities for 65.00 and trip was 3 hours shorter, no transfers.

Greyhound wasn't terrible. The San Antonio bus terminal left a lot to be desired as the bathroom was definitely not inviting. The staff was friendly at 2am and helpful. The bus was delayed. We were supposed to leave at 1:30 am but bus arrived an hour late. We didnt depart until 3am. Rode the bus from San Antonio to Downtown Dallas. The bus ride was comfortable & I felt safe. Arrived in dallas around 7- 8 am.

Nasty place to be Unfortunately I had to get south and this was the only option. Pictured is the baby changing area. The rest is just as bad. A bald head security guy runs the place like a correctional officer. Rude rude place. I would almost rather hitchhike.

It was hard to tell where to line up and someone was not sure where Austin was. I felt like people were staring at me. I was scared of missing the bus. When I got on, I felt very nervous because I didn't know where to put my bookbag as I was traveling to go to a College. I, then, realized that my mom probably knew what she was doing already and that it was safe although I didn't see security cameras around.

I always have the idea that traveling on bus it will be amazing but with this company I didn't have a good experience. #Old buses, #smell so bad and costumer services the worse. And I am not talking about one bus only because I have to switch buses on my trip and they were all the same maybe a little worse one from the other.

Greyhound used to offer package express service. Now I find out they no longer offer this service. It is still advertised that they do. I'm in shock that this service is no longer available. Just another disappearing service when a company has a monopoly. They also couldn't offer an alternative. In fact they were pretty rude about it.

Good place, you gotta come prepared on everything. If you get confused easily or don't understand directions then this station is not for you. People are doing anything to survive, so they will most of the times not help you. Overall good experience if you know what you're there for.
