My beloved former PCP retired, and after procrastinating for too long on the search for a new PCP, I finally dove in back in late June. Based on the many amazing online reviews for Dr. Tiffany Gorman, I made an appointment at SV Sports Medicine. (Note that I am not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination ... just a heavier-than-I'd-like middle-aged person. I was therefore a little anxious about signing up with a potential PCP at a "Sports Medicine" facility, but it wasn't a problem at all.) Dr. Gorman was booked out until October, so I scheduled instead with a new doctor to the practice (Michelle Doscas), and met with her for my annual physical last week. Dr. Doscas was wonderful ... willing to listen, quick to understand, knowledgeable, and friendly. Equally importantly to me, everyone in the front office was helpful, friendly, and an absolute joy to interact with. All my prescriptions and orders were updated and submitted to my preferred pharmacy before I even walked out the door. I know I'm new to SV Sports Medicine, but I am so far very impressed and happy. Thanks to all!

Jeffrey Lam is a consummate PA, he's a good listener and very capable of explaining issues. I also appreciate his follow through after my visits. Highly recommended.

Jeffrey and the entire office are fantastic - through COVID they were terrific with telemedicine and making adjustments, and through annual exams the team has done a great job of going into a thorough level of detail and working with me to get where I need to be. Highly recommend!

I have been going to the Dr. Gorman’s office for the last ten years. The front desk lady is exceptional (same person all these years), always friendly and competent. I never had issues with billing or scheduling an appointment. Appointments usually are available as soon as the next day if you have an urgent issue. As for the quality of health care provided: even though there was a turnover of the medical professionals ( NP’s, MD’s) through the years, all doctors and nurses here are always super attentive and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience here.

Dr Gorman is my family doctor and she is the best at making me comfortable while discussing all this unpleasant stuff that i may have to go through. She and the entire staff from the front desk admin to nurses and PA's are great with people. Everything they do is well organized and efficient and it is a definite time saver for me.

I am a new patient and saw a PA, Crystal, in this practice who did my annual physical. First, I was professionally greeted by the office staff. The facility is large and clean. Crystal was attentive and made be feel comfortable. I also appreciated the online health portal which allows you to send emails to the practitioners and receive test results. I am very satisfied with Dr. Gorman's team!

I’m very picky about my medical providers, and an happy to say that SVSM has consistently exceeded my expectations for the last 6 years. Scheduling is quick and easy, doctors and PAs are professional and knowledgeable, and the support staff is awesome. They take any medical concerns I have seriously, and turnaround time on labs, billing, etc. is very quick. Highly recommend them!

We switched from our old doctor several years ago. We were referred by close friends. Highly qualified and friendly staff. Excellent care, clean, modern facilities, electronic record keeping, rapid prescription and lab work request processing. My health and patient satisfaction is much better since years ago when I first came in.

Crystal was incredible. I was nervous at first because Dr. visits can be nerve wracking. From beginning to end she was extremely thorough and did not rush the appointment. She made sure to listen to my concerns and was very kind in her responses. Lightly asked about my diet and exercise, but never made it a topic of concern. Which gave me confidence in talking more about my goals and concerns. The staff was very friendly, music was playing in the room that was soothing. I felt very well cared for. Looking forward to the future with health maintenance at Silicon Valley Sports Medicine.

Dr. Gorman has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 20 years. She and her staff have taken excellent care of me. She has a way of making you feel like she has all the time in the world for whatever you have brought to her attention, and she cares deeply for her patients. Even before the COVID pandemic medical professionals were under enormous pressure, and that has not changed. Through it all she has maintained her desire and ability to care. I heartily recommend her and her team. As a primary care doctor who is also a sports medicine doctor she is a vital link in my health care team.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional, and Paige Kingery is so wonderful to meet with. She is thorough, kind, and has consistently listened to my needs and sought out the best solution.

Staff is nice, facilities are modern and clean. It’s easy to get an appointment with one of the assistant doctors and they are very knowledgeable and take their time for all concerns. They are well organized and I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes.

Love Dr. Gorman!!! She took time to review my knee pain in detail. Reviewed treatment options starting with basics (anti-inflammatory meds and PT) and then what to do if still pain. Great to know we have a plan! And bedside manner is friendly- checked in on my overall health. Definitely not just a number. Not rushed.
