Great customer service!! Definitely make each person feel welcome and at home. They also offer rapid Covid test. They aren’t free but it’s convenient and you’re not waiting long.

Across the board wonderful experience.(and yes I am talking about the COVID shots ). Friendly staff with great people skills . Had to drive a little out of my way to get there .Well worth it .A nice man helped me button my sleeve button when he saw me struggling a little with it "(carpel tunnel) on the first shot .Saw him again for second shot and we went out of our way to see each other . Will miss all my new friends.

Outstanding customer services and they treat everyone so kindly. Lots of information and good care for the community. A neighbor suggested them when I mentioned I wanted to support an independent pharmacy like the ones I grew up going to. Love love love this Norfolk gem! I was able to get my vitamins, some healthcare support, natural products I need at the moment like castor oil and dried flowers and herbs. Plus, They have quality and delicious CBD products.

Met with Dr. peoples this afternoon and toured the pharmacy. What an amazing establishment! Dr. Peoples and her staff offer a wide range of traditional pharmaceuticals as well as holistic natural alternatives. The City of Norfolk is lucky to have such a wonderful, locally owned independent pharmacy. The entire staff truly cares for each client's health and wellness.

I came in for a dry socket and left with the tools I needed to combat it. The pharmacist who greated me, helped me and offered a comforting voice to my needs was incredible. She was such a pure soul. They will have my business!
