The staff here was friendly and willing to help me get to the price point for buying my car. They had me test drive it for the weekend which probably helped sell it since I could see it at home in my garage. Art, Tucker and Darin were all involved with the deal and I want to thank them for their professional job they displayed. I would like to add that they had my car clean and ready to go on the show room floor while I signed my papers.. nice touch!

This has been my second interaction with the Baxter Toyota in Lincoln, NE and the experience has been phenomenal. I have had the pleasure of working directly with the sales expert, Peter Viola who made the process of these transactions so smooth; he was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. I talked with Logan earlier this year about purchasing a Tundra TRD PRO. I placed a deposit then, and when the truck became available he called and had me come look at it. Logan had the truck cleaned and looking PERFECT when my wife and I arrived. He even brought it into the show room since the weather had rain in the forecast. I have to say, it is BY FAR the BEST experience i have had at any dealership. The sales team at Baxter is top notch. There was ZERO pressure, and most importantly they were up front and HONEST about everything. They laid out the numbers and options with financing and worked extremely hard to get me the best rate possible. They were also very reasonable with my trade in. I recently bought a car from Toyota Baxter in Lincoln and had a really good experience. I worked with Logan and he did an amazing job providing me with detailed information regarding my vehicle as well as all the coverage details of the manufacturers warranty and extended warranty. Logan was very personable, knowledgeable, and very experienced in his role. Although the dealership was very tough in negotiating, Logan was able to get me a bow for my new purchase to take a few pictures and I left the dealership a happy camper 🙂. I initially reached out to Baxter Toyota through their website, and I promptly received a response from Cullen. He answered all of my questions, sent me spec sheets on the vehicles I was interested in, and gave me some really good information about driving in Nebraska since I’m originally from California. I went into the dealership the next day, and was assisted by Diego. Because of Diego’s thoroughness and product knowledge I was able to make an informed decision on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Diego was kind and patient and even took me on a test drive in two different vehicles. He wanted to make sure that I got what I was looking for and that I would be happy with my purchase. Definitely felt like I could trust him and his advice. He is a true professional and just the kind of sales person you want to work with when purchasing a new car. I met with Cullen to finish up the transaction. He was thorough and very informative, and I did not feel pressured into buying things that I didn’t want. This was a no haggle experience, so that part alone relieved so much of the stress normally associated with new car purchases. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I will definitely be referring family and friends to Baxter Toyota!

The staff at this location from Cullen in Sales to Rick in Parts as well as the entire support staff are amazing. After my new truck was totaled they got me into a vehicle that same day & then helped me get into another vehicle that I plan to keep long term shortly thereafter. We’ve had the Tacoma, Tundra, & now we have a 4Runner & a Corolla hatch & we cannot recommend the dealership enough. They will get it done for you! Five Stars!

New car inventories are low these days (but getting a little better), and it's difficult to find good value. I think I did with the Toyota Crown. It is well appointed, has striking good looks, all wheel drive, and a hybrid drivetrain. I think it will be the perfect car for my needs. The buying experience was great--the fact that it was a model year closeout added to the value. Josh was fantastic to work with, and the buying process was easy/straightforward.
