I have been coming to Raza Jewelers (Kos) for 10 years to have work done on my various watches whether it be changing a battery, fitting and changing bands or even getting a different friend of mine a watch, ring, and everything in between. Kos truly treats his customers like family, in the middle of the pandemic lockdown when everything was closed, I received a phone call inquiring about any jewelry needs I was humbled. He does great work, fair pricing and treats his customers well. 6 out of 5 stars if that was possible.

Love my personalized Name plate that I got from them. Will be ordering a different style in 14kt Gold for a family member. The customer service is great. They explained me all the details of the ordering process really well. If you want good deals then you have to visit them. Their hours are a bit different than mall hours. These guys are amazing! I brought in a watch this past weekend because a pin broke in my wrist band and they fixed it within 30 mins. He also put a longer pin in so that it would be harder to break next time for a very reasonable price! They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. I rarely write reviews unless my every expectation is exceeded and it was here. I will be back!
