A lot of fun! My partner and I did a private couple's class on our trip to Santa Barbara. Saul is really passionate and knowledgeable about glass blowing and we learned so much! This class was awesome because we did pretty much every step of the glass blowing process from picking out the colors of the glass we wanted to use, turning the pole with the glass at the end, blowing, etc (with a little help from Saul and his sons of course :P ). We definitely recommend taking a class with Saul! We recommend that you wear something you are ready to sweat in. Though the front of the studio is completely open, you'll still sweat when working at the furnaces. We also got our own individual mouth pieces for the actual glass blowing part, and everyone was wearing a mask at all times. They did a good job at making this class safe!

This place RULES! Saul is such an incredible teacher, read all the reviews, they do it right here. I told my wife as soon as I got home that I want to do it another 1000 times. I'll definitely be back!

I took a group of coworkers for a class of 8 and we were literally blown away by Sal’s sharing of his art. Both he and Gina made our day special. What a wonderful experience. Our glass art turned out beautiful with Sal’s expertise and help. Join a class or just shop!

This was such an incredible experience! Came with a group of coworkers as a team building activity and it was so much fun and such a unique activity. Saul really makes this experience worth it. A must do if you're in the Santa Barbara area!

Saul is an amazing artisan, teacher, and person. Our family took the entry to glassblowing class. It was an amazing experience. Get down here and literally be blown away!

We had a really amazing experience here! It is really hands on and you really get to do most of the work in creating your one of a kind piece. As long as you are paying attention to the instructions which are really easy, you will walk out of there with an amazing piece and great souvenir from Santa Barbara! Saul will start off my providing a sample demo, then walking you through each step, only assisting when necessary. This was one of my top experiences in the city!

My two boys received a glass blowing class as a gift and Saul and his two sons were the instructors. What an amazing time we all had. From dipping the molten glass into colored glass pieces of their choice to give it a custom touch and then reheating and melting the glass pieces into the molten blob, all while continually turning so the glass blob doesn't fall off the piece of pipe. Then when all is melted, you begin the blowing process and then you get to shape your piece into whatever you choose. My boys and I had so many question about all the tools and the colors. Saul was amazing, not to mention his artistic skills with the glass blowing and shaping. What an amazing experience!

Amazing Experience! Saul is an amazing teacher who will guide you through the process of creating a glass sculpture that you will treasure. You will learn how to color and blow glass into a work of art, while creating your own keepsake in the process. Great family experience, both of my children loved it. They are ready to go back and take a second class! If you don't live in the area, this experience is worth the trip!

This was the second visit to Santa Barbara Glass Blowing. My wife and I worked with Saul the first time, and had such a fun experience learning about glass bowing. He was great in explaining in detail all points and safety precautions with handling the material in such high heat. Great date experience! Back to the second visit, we went back with the Christmas ornament gift certificate we purchased last Xmas and finally was able to make time to go This time we had the pleasure of working with both of Saul's sons who were equally as great creating a memorable experience.. They were both awesome. They explained all of the important safety points and then walked through all the steps from beginning to end. We once again had an wonderful time. When Saul retires we believe this glass blowing experience will be in great hands. Looking forward to our third visit down the road Thanks guys!!

This company is amazing. The talent is really mind blowing. I am a collector of Louis Comfort Tiffany art glass. His work is comparable to the art glass master. I bought two pieces recently and they proudly sit among my Tiffany collection. Please do not hesitate to buy with confidence.

Owner showed around, some very lovely pieces. He helped us find Christmas ornaments by pulling down a large box and going through them one by one to help us find the ones we wanted. Very friendly and helpful.
