Dr Riboh and his staff was amazing! I went to him for some knee issues related to recreational running. I literally searched for the best orthopedic specialist from Hickory to Charlotte and into Winston Salem, and after extensive research, I chose him! I’m so glad I did! He took the time to listen to my concerns, showed me the x-rays, discussed my different treatment options based on my diagnosis and allowed me to choose the best option for my lifestyle and running goals. Furthermore, he also recommended nutritional supplements and additional strength training exercises to keep me active and running as long as possible! I would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter how minor or significant your orthopedic injury may seem!

I met a great group of people there and I felt much comfort, kindness, care, genuine concern from everyone and the Doctor there. The place was clean and smelled cleaned. They gave me some laughs at a time I really needed it. These folk do their jobs well and are organized from the time I walked through the door to checkout. While waiting to see the Doctor I don't fell like they left me in a room and was never coming back. I felt very satisfied with the entire outcome of my visit there. I left with a smile.

I was treated by Matthew Beam. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind and thorough. He took the time to explain my injury, treatment plan and prognosis and to answer all questions. Follow up questions through the patient portal were answered promptly. I highly recommend Matthew and OrthoCarolina Sports Medicine Center.

I originally went to Orthocarolina under a workman compensation claim. In the review the PA recommended physical therapy and to ice/heat my wrist as it was due to nerve damage and have a nerve conduction test performed urgently. It was also recommended that I see a shoulder specialist. After seeing a shoulder specialist, he spent less than 15 minutes with me and diagnosed no issues except I was a middle aged heavy set women who needed a posture correction shirt and physical therapy. At the time of my visit, they were 4 weeks out on scheduling physical therapy. I have since been to a nerve and spine specialist and a nerve conduction test was performed to show that I had neck never damage causing my numbness in my hand and spasming in my entire back. I will never visit another OrthoCarolina location again and warn anyone going to beware they do not listen to their patients and judge them based on appearance. I saw Dr. Barrett Little. Also in the same system it was recommended that I have a nerve conduction test performed prior to my visit to see Dr. Little and he still said I only needed a posture correction shirt and physical therapy. In response to the owner requesting I call your customer service care line, why would I do that? I found a doctor who listened to me and implemented the nerve conduction test to find the source of my nerve damage. Orthocarolina still did not schedule it for me even with urgency prescribed by the doctor. My workman's comp case was denied and I had said I would pay for it and still no one at Orthocarolina contacted me to schedule it. I had it done on 11/17 through a doctor that cared. I am so grateful there are still doctors that listen to their patients. You might want to check out my patient portal to see where the ball was dropped. It is my job as a patient to find the right doctor who will help me heal. I am not afraid to work hard in physical therapy and other avenues to heal. However, you do need the doctor to listen and care.

Dr Weeks is not only a great Doctor and renowned surgeon, he is a truly nice person and takes a real interest in his clients. If you have the privilege of getting him to care for you or a family member try hard to do that!

Had an appointment with Dr Moorman for my shoulder. Everything from scheduling the appt to check in and speaking with nurse and taking xray and meeting with Resident and Dr was very pleasant and easy. The exam was very thorough and not rushed at all. And they clearly explained the treatment and next steps. I highly recommend Dr Moorman!

I very rarely post 5 star reviews but this place has been great to me. Listened to ALL of my worries and questions. I had been denied care by Naval medicine for my hip for 2 years in constant pain. Dr. Dabowski and his team got me into surgery and immediately fixed the issue. I also wanted to thank the kind female blonde x ray tech that handled my service dog during my x rays with such professionalism! Plus, my service dog absolutely adores Dr. Dabowski and I trust anyone my dog trusts. I was in great hands here.

Your care was beyond aweful. I have never been treated so poorly by a professional physician in my life. I didn’t feel heard by you, your PA behaved as if she was scared of you. She was nervous about communicating my needs to you. You were very rude and your assumptions for narcotic pain relief was disgusting. There is no need for you to tell a patient in pain that you don’t work with non narcotic forms of relief. Also you should NOT tell a new patient that you will only prescribe medications to those in which “you had sliced them open yourself” and yes man that is word for word. I’m not positive what your intentions are since you didn’t listen to me and my complaints of pain and or injuries. It was wrong to suggest all you did. And also to show me the braces for wrists for carpel tunnel when the issues are in my elbows and also telling me to buy them on Amazon instead of your office providing what was necessary is atrocious. Would you be ok being seen by a physician and treated poorly. Bet NOT. Anyway thank you for the horrible experience Dr. Erika Gantt MD

I have had to be treated at OC 3 times. Twice were surgeries. Scott Burbank is the only one I know who has compassion where the rubber meets the road. Let me drill into your bones and give you gabapentin and you'll be insulted and livid, as any reasonable person would be. Monopolistic and pathetic pain management. Fly to Boston or Chicago. Terrible experiences 2 out of 3 injuries. Bad odds.

Dr. Riboh and associates are seriously top of the line. Caring, patient, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all kind. If it wasn't for this group of medical professionals, it's dubious the same care would have been matched, elsewhere. Thank you.

I was able to get an appointment in 2 days utilizing self scheduling on the Web site. My provider was Margaret, PA. She was excellent in diagnosing my problem and initiating a care plan.

I was 12 minutes late and they said I was going to have to reschedule. Doctor had surgery today so he was on a tight schedule. I guess it doesn't count when you have to wait in the waiting room or once back in the office and you have to wait. We have to take time off from work. And now I'm looking for a different doctor. Parking bad and the entrance is not clearly marked. I 1st went to the wrong door because it was the door near the entrance leading into the parking deck.

😠 The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had just for a drug test. I arrived at the location at 4:27 pm. There was a few people in the a lobby. There was specifically a young man at the desk also trying to get a drug test. He had to leave to go next door to print his paperwork. The front desk person...
