1/5 Andrea Rosenberry P. 1 year ago on Google
I
originally
went
to
Orthocarolina
under
a
workman
compensation
claim.
In
the
review
the
PA
recommended
physical
therapy
and
to
ice/heat
my
wrist
as
it
was
due
to
nerve
damage
and
have
a
nerve
conduction
test
performed
urgently.
It
was
also
recommended
that
I
see
a
shoulder
specialist.
After
seeing
a
shoulder
specialist,
he
spent
less
than
15
minutes
with
me
and
diagnosed
no
issues
except
I
was
a
middle
aged
heavy
set
women
who
needed
a
posture
correction
shirt
and
physical
therapy.
At
the
time
of
my
visit,
they
were
4
weeks
out
on
scheduling
physical
therapy.
I
have
since
been
to
a
nerve
and
spine
specialist
and
a
nerve
conduction
test
was
performed
to
show
that
I
had
neck
never
damage
causing
my
numbness
in
my
hand
and
spasming
in
my
entire
back.
I
will
never
visit
another
OrthoCarolina
location
again
and
warn
anyone
going
to
beware
they
do
not
listen
to
their
patients
and
judge
them
based
on
appearance.
I
saw
Dr.
Barrett
Little.
Also
in
the
same
system
it
was
recommended
that
I
have
a
nerve
conduction
test
performed
prior
to
my
visit
to
see
Dr.
Little
and
he
still
said
I
only
needed
a
posture
correction
shirt
and
physical
therapy.
In
response
to
the
owner
requesting
I
call
your
customer
service
care
line,
why
would
I
do
that?
I
found
a
doctor
who
listened
to
me
and
implemented
the
nerve
conduction
test
to
find
the
source
of
my
nerve
damage.
Orthocarolina
still
did
not
schedule
it
for
me
even
with
urgency
prescribed
by
the
doctor.
My
workman's
comp
case
was
denied
and
I
had
said
I
would
pay
for
it
and
still
no
one
at
Orthocarolina
contacted
me
to
schedule
it.
I
had
it
done
on
11/17
through
a
doctor
that
cared.
I
am
so
grateful
there
are
still
doctors
that
listen
to
their
patients.
You
might
want
to
check
out
my
patient
portal
to
see
where
the
ball
was
dropped.
It
is
my
job
as
a
patient
to
find
the
right
doctor
who
will
help
me
heal.
I
am
not
afraid
to
work
hard
in
physical
therapy
and
other
avenues
to
heal.
However,
you
do
need
the
doctor
to
listen
and
care.
