Valter had created such an incredible tennis community for both my two daughters and myself! I am so grateful for Valter and Laetitia, I hadn’t played tennis in 30 plus years and I started again last summer in the weekly adult clinics, and now I go at least twice a week and it is what I look forward to most! It’s a happy, supportive tennis family and we are so fortunate to have Valter in our Long Beach community. It’s a fun, competitive, and friendly experience!

I started adult clinics with Valter Paiva knowing that tennis was fun.... Valter has made it even more fun. He has lots of energy and a positive attitude that makes his clinics a highlight of my week. Even though I am 74 this old dog has been able to learn new tricks thanks to Valter's help and encouragement. I hope to be playing tennis at Valter's clinics when I'm 101. I love love it.

Valter is an amazing tennis coach and mentor. I have taken tennis lessons from him for nearly 15 years and he has helped me become a great tennis player and team player. For anyone looking to improve their current tennis game or learn to play tennis for the first time, Valter is the guy!! Prior to joining a group class with Valter I had never swung a tennis racket, as you can imagine I needed quite a bit of help. The others in the class were definitely more seasoned than myself but Valter was able to coach each one of us according to our skill level. He is an awesome coach who has made me love the game of tennis, thank you Valter!

Valter’s tennis classes are excellent. My son has been going for almost two years and he is always looking forward to his sessions. I have recently started taking classes with Valter. He is a great instructor and makes the experience very fun.

VALTER is a great instructor and has wonderful, fast paced clinic classes. The hour and a half class goes by quickly because you’re so busy having fun. The drills are all well thought out and will only help to improve your game. I highly recommend his clinics!

I have been participating regularly in the Valter Paiva Tennis Academy since 2022, and it has been an extremely rewarding experience. Valter is a an excellent tennis instructor, providing detailed instructions regarding all aspects of the sport, and my skills have improved substantially since joining the adult clinic. Valter is also very personable and interacts with his students in ways that inspire them to learn and perform at their best level. I met Valter 8 years ago when my son, who is now on the Wilson HS tennis team, attended his popular youth tennis camp. My son really improved his game during the camp and both he and I liked Valter's teaching style. He is a knowledgeable, patient and fun instructor! Last year I started attending Valter's intermediate adult clinics. I really look forward to going to tennis class every week, where I have met many friendly, fun individuals who share my passion for tennis. Valter is as good with the adults as he is with the kids. He enjoys what he does and it shows. I also took private lessons with him and it has helped to improve my technique. I am really glad I started attending the Valter Paiva Tennis academy, and playing tennis regularly.

Valter is an excellent tennis instructor. He teaches my 13 and 11 year old kids and he is very knowledgeable, methodical and EXTREMELY patient with his teaching. He is very good with kids! He can quickly assess where they need improvement and works with them improve and challenges them. They both enjoy their lessons and they are loving tennis because of them. In addition, the summer camps are awesome, my son enjoyed them very much! Thank you Valter!

Valter and team provide so many great experiences. I returned to tennis for the first time in 25 years at the adult clinics. They are so much fun. There is competition for everyone, a chance to learn skills again, and a non-competitive environment. I highly recommend this experience for anyone....and especially for adults who want to remember their inner athlete.

Coach Valter and his team/staff are awesome coaches and people. You can tell they love playing tennis and are sincere and passionate about coaching/teaching tennis. Our girls have been involved with the tennis academy for the past 3 years and they greatly enjoy playing and learning there.
