Bill, never rejects am reasonable offer. The place is very well organized. Prices are fair and there is a lot of variety. But now.. Essence, the representative was very helpful, professional, detail oriented and very intuitive. I'm glad I came here and not somewhere else.

Brought in a Mint condition Wilson Leathers winter coat and was offered an insulting $15 for it, the coat was, retail, over $400 when we purchased it several years ago. The MOD, at least we think he is the manager, there this afternoon had given us ridiculous offers in the past. It actually seems like $15 is his go to amount. We purchased the jacket new a few years ago. We took it up to arrow pawn up the street and the owner was honest with us saying they were not taking in any more coats. If we were told that at National Pawn, we would have understood since the Garner location is not very big. The rest of the staff is excellent and we have made many purchases from them over the years. We even signed up for the rewards program. But because of our experiences with this one manager, we are done with this location and maybe National Pawn entirely. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because of our great experience with the rest of the staff, or else I would have given 0 stars is I could.

This place is awesome! I've been here several times in the past 2 months. Each and every time I end up leaving with more money than I expected. I can't speak for the other employees, but Annie is more than fair. MORE than fair. I always feel like I'm getting the hookup from her. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, that's what's so refreshing about this place. I don't get that typical pawn shop experience, you know, the employees attempting to get over on people because they know they're broke. I feel like I'm getting hooked up, they, of course, is getting hooked up. Everybody is happy! That's how a business deal should be.

This location on Fayetteville Rd #8 is the greatest. Anny Carolynne Rangel who I had the opportunity to talk with was a professional . Excellent Service and easy to work with . Anny knows her job.
