The people that work there are nice. But I was told that I would get my glasses before Christmas and it’s already January 3rd. I did not push or ask anyone to tell me when they would be ready the day I was there but that’s what they informed me what would happen. I haven’t gotten any word on the progress of my over $600 glasses order. It’s disappointing to not receive any notifications on the status of the glasses.

The most terrible customer service experience ever. Have them a star just because I know other associates that work there like Kevin who are professional. However the associate and Manager there this afternoon lacked any tact, reasoning or communication skills whatsoever. I was advised that I could not even seen because I has contacts on. I asked if this was a new policy and that question provoked the most inappropriate response from the receptionist who proceeded to just cancel our appointment all while talking incessantly and making comments on how we would have known had we answered her calls. I advised her I called Kevin back as soon as he left me a message. She insisted she had called and was unable o leave a message. I assured her I had not received her calls. I’m quite sure she probably dialed my area code incorrectly as it’s so similar to the local area code. Mine is 786 and PR code is 787. Honestly if they hadn’t been do rude I would have rescheduled. I ask d to speak to the Manager as no one has any name tag IDs and I had to ask her name. She seemed annoyed and was in no way as y help at dicipating the conversation and was just as confrontational as the receptionist. All this to say I have been going to lens crafters for many years and was never mistreated as I was today. As someone who is an administrator and has worked with the public for almost 30 years this was just completely unacceptable. They need to be trained on emotional intelligence and customer service communication skills urgently. My family and I will not be returning to this location again.

I visited the store with my fiancé and we received an excellent service by all the staff, but especially by the salesperson assigned to us, Mari. She treated us with much attention and she gave the extra mile to help us with our purchases. We would definitely recommend anyone to visit Lenscrafters.

I was attended by Wilma. She was very kind and the service was excellent, immediately and fast. I have no complaints.

The revision done by the optometrist was performed incorrectly. I had to return and take a second vision revision to correct the first receipt. The optometrist didn’t showed a correct professionalism actitudes (especially considering he made a mistake). I’m very disappointed with that.
