The staff is friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad experience here. They are quick but thurough. I have come for injuries and illnesses and always come away feeling like I was being taken care of.

The doctor and staff were all very nice and got me back quickly. This is the only Urgent Care I will go to because they care and they do their best to get you the best possible care for whatever it may be that you’re coming in for.

They welcomed me right away. Took my info. The waiting time was short.the lady who took my vitals was friendly, kind, and attentive. The doctor was friendly, fast, and efficient. She knew right away I needed a breathing treatment. Took x-rays. Another test. Fast diagnosis. So kind. I love this place!!!

I would definitely give them a 5 star review. I called 1st with a question, it was answered by a very kind friendly lady. So I go in as directed. Very Clean!!!!! Super friendly staff from reception, to check in, to the staff in the hallway. The Dr was great, genuinely listened to what I had to say and explained very clearly what was wrong with me. The Pharmacist was fantastic and explained my script to me as well. This is my 3rd experience at this Urgent Care, each time I received fast, friendly great care! I was in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

The front desk was extremely rude and pretty sure she called me a name as I walked away. The staff is fairly young and didn't really explain anything they were doing on my son, so I explained it to him after. The doctor was nice and informative and saved the day. My son ended up having strep so I'm so glad I stuck it out. There was definitely an attitude or just unprofessionalism from the other medical assistants. Upon leaving, I asked for a doctor's note and they gave me one without a diagnosis. I pointed it out to receive another one and there wasn't even an apology for their mistake....being in the healthcare field myself I wouldn't recommend it just because the front office sets the tone of the office, and it didn't get much better from that. I would expect more. Thanks alot tho, everyone else😁

The staff was wonderful, respectful and very nice. The doctor was very thorough and very kind and had a wonderful bedside manner. I will go if ever needed medical treatment and I highly recommend for all your medical needs.

This place is top-notch across the board! Great staff, great physicians. X-ray and consultation. Diagnosed double pneumonia. Pharmacy on site is a great touch. I was in and out in 90 minutes.

Friendly staff. Very professional doctor. Am very self conscious about my teeth because l have an extreme fear of the dentist and people react to them a certain way and he did not. I appreciate the experience. The staff was very courteous and had a gentle demeanor. Overall 10/5.

The staff was fast and nice, however when I came in I provided both of my insurances (which are both good insurances PPO) and I was still charged a co-pay. The copay was $30 and I have been to this location a few times and never had a copay; even when I used just 1 insurance. Next time, the staff should take their time with reviewing the insurance and actually analyze to see if a patient has a co-pay. I still end up paying the $30 but I did ask the front lady twice, are you sure I have a co-pay and she told me yes and asked me how I was paying it. I never had any issues from this place, my whole family goes there for quick turn around. This particular time I went, I just didn’t agree with the whole co-pay thing when I have two really big insurances.

Amazing staff and providers. Went into the office after a knee injury. Staff (Didi and Anjelica) and provider (Peter Matti) were polite and efficient. Short wait time, x-rays and exam. Took the time to listen and answer my questions. Never disappoint. Thank you for always being awesome.

Very gentle and welcoming office staff. The doctor and staff were super quick and sufficient and kind as well. I dont have insurance and the cost is very affordable compared to other places. Very clean office as well!

I went in for the first time for a cold/breathing issue. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The doctor and nurses were very kind. The doctor seemed caring and not rushing out like most doctors do. I was given a work note quickly and got my medication fast from the pharmacy inside. The doctor told me to follow up in a few days to see how I was feeling. I never got that service from any other urgent care ever. Great job guys.

Words could never accurately describe the wonderful care that was given to me and my entire family from the staff at Get Well Urgent Care. Seriously, the compassion, concern, empathy and the service provided from the doctors and nurses was outstanding. The effectiveness and professionalism at this facility is in a class by itself and I highly recommend them. I am so glad that I decided to check them out. This was my first visit. I had a great experience at get well urgent care. Starting at the front desk. I was checked in promptly. I had new insurance and that didn’t slow the receptionist down a bit. I didn’t have my new card so she gave me a print out with my info out of pure kindness. I only waited a few mins and I went to the room. The nurse came in right away and was very kind. I only waited a few mins longer and the dr came in. He was very thorough and had great bedside manner. I would recommend get well in Lincoln park to all my friends and family. Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care by far. Actually best experience I’ve had at a health facility at all in years!

This place is always my go to when I’m not feeling well. Even if they are understaff they keep it moving. I really appreciate Crystal and Alexus that seen me today. They really show their passion for what they do. Thank you both. I’m on the road to feeling better.

Walked in with my 1 1/2 year old daughter, lady said don't sign in ran together my wallet for her medicaid card. Me and this sick lady walked back in she was signing the clipboard no-one else was their so I went to give her my daughter medicaid card she told me to sign the clipboard after this sick lady is coughing done touch the clip board then she wants me to touch it after she said don't. Then the lady was right by us coughing instead of them taking her back they just was talking and talking so I left before my baby caught something worse

I was against going here when my husband suggested it . When my daughter had COVID , they didn’t exam her.COVID test before the doctor came in and she came in . She sat on the stool , told me COVID positive and did no physical examination. Just today my husband went , did not do any physical exam when he came for shoulder and arm pain. She could felt for tenderness, movement limitations. None of that. It like she was afraid to touch people.

I LOVE Get Well Urgent Care. Everyone is so nice and professional. DeeDee is so sweet and caring. I feel comfortable choosing this clinic because I know they sincerely care!

I went early in the morning when they first opened, the experience felt rushed. The doctor that saw me came into the room and when I was explaining my situation she yawned and looked like she could be doing better things. She also prescribed me Diflucan even though I told her I was pregnant, which even on the bottle says do not take if pregnant. More care needs to be put into the job , because if I didn’t ask questions to my pharmacist or pay attention no telling what could’ve happened.

I took my son in on Christmas Day and every single staff member was wonderful. We will be back and have already told a couple of people about our experience. Thank you for being there on Chirtmas and helping my son to feel better.

Professional, courteous, considerate, swift. Sam drew my blood and I’ve never had a better blood draw experience. It didn’t hurt, it didn’t bruise, she got my vein on the first try. She was friendly. Everyone was very friendly. I think I’ve found my new favorite urgent care.

The Provider was very concerned for my well being, explained my issues and gave me the medical attention that I needed. I love it here, because the help is good and the people are so polite and 😍 pretty. So I'll definitely come back for the help I need....
