They were great! Got there right when they opened and they were quick and through. Great attitudes, very knowledgeable and the provider was great at education and providing clear plan of care to follow upon discharge.

Changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars after this last visit because the APRN-CNP was very rude with with my 5 year old and she "man" handled him. He was not cooperating with an eye exam. I won't visit again if she is the provider. He got grounded for the weekend and she should have too. I could tell she was in a bad mood before we were even in a room.

The nurses were very friendly and our APRN was fantastic. Our son was very sick. They tested for everything all at once making our stay shorter.

Loved that I was able to set up an appointment online. The online form was easy to complete. The check in process was fast. I also loved that they were able to access all of our records. We were seen very quickly and we received excellent care. The staff was great. (Patient M.S.) Vanessa

They sent the prescriptions for my kids to two different pharmacies. They processed a card I asked them to take off file (twice) and overdrafted my account. I was told I could receive a refund after 7 days. That doesn't do me any good. They don't give you an option for service without enrolling in convenient pay at this location, which after speaking to someone over the phone, is not how it's supposed to be presented. Frustrating.

Super clean. Short wait. Polite staff and great doc. if you are going in the same day with a positive Covid test, I suggest asking for an anti-nausea med even if you’re not nauseous yet. It hit me hard! Would’ve saved me a trip to the ER — OTC stuff wouldn’t do it.

Negative stars if possible. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Their website says they give steroid injections for rashes so I picked this facility for that reason. After they took my $50 copay I'm told they don't give injections. If I'm not mistaken advertising you provide a service and after someone pays for that service is told we'll we don't do that just take this instead, that the definition of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I don't have money to go somewhere else right now so I'm setting here in the same exact position I was in before I gave away 50 bucks. Don't waste your time or money going here. Pick a better place. The only thing they CARE about is your money!!!!

I found the staff at Mercy-Go-Health to be very professional. They made the utmost effort to meet my needs, even though I was a walk-in. Now that I know you can pre-register on line, I will take that route with any future visits.

Was in and out right away, I came on my lunch break and still made it back to work on time. Basically I had an eye infection and they suggested I see my optometrist. I didn’t get a RX for it though but I did get a diagnosis. Ended up going to my optometrist who gave the same diagnosis and was able to get me a RX for it.

Smooth check in and payment process. Carol Siniard is an excellent PA-C with wonderful bedside manner, care, listening skills, attention to detail, knowledge, recommendations, and communication.

They were all around very professional and friendly! They had me in for my appt in a timely manner:)

Thank you for a seamless visit.. ladies here got my 4 year old son treated so quickly and with such care. My house was hit by a tornado so I was staying at a nearby hotel and my son got an ear infection. The amount of care he received was so comforting. It was like walking into a doctors office full of friends ready to get you taken care of as quickly and carefully as possible. So grateful for these women.

The staff was friendly, professional, and the service was in and out, I know that it's a possibility that they may be busy at times, but I would recommend Mercy go Health Urgent Care to anyone that wants good service, friendly service and Professional Service.

I was set to see Mandi Works at the MWC location at 9am for a virtual visit. She was 23 minutes late and asked what was wrong with me instead of starting off with acknowledging her late arrival. I let her know I had strep and my presentation. Instead of looking at my lengthy history with a Mercy ENT, she rather ask me about my COVID vaccine status. She said she could not prescribe me antibiotics until I did a strep test because that’s just how they do it in medicine. I told her I was not going to come in for a test. I get strep a lot, I have an ENT and I am a carrier. No one is sick in my house. I told her I just had strep in Oct ( AT THEIR CLINIC) she said that’s just too much and not normal. I shouldn’t have to travel to a clinic for a test that is known to do a false negative which is why I was in their facility 2x and finally had a DR who knew strep without testing me. Tonsils red, swollen and white patches. She also said you can’t have strep without a fever. Someone needs to have her shadow an ENT. I was an ENT nurse for over 6 years. They do not even bother with tests because they fail. Update second picture to tonight. But.. It’s post Nasal drip, right.

The visit was very quick. The wait time was apx 10 minutes and the staff was very professional and compassionate. Fixed me right up! Thank you!

It took about 20 minutes to be in and out. Very fast, and Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Care-Great Team. It's very important to me that Staff and Doctors listen to their patients instead of making them feel like they don't know what they are talking about, and this Team does just that. Every person in the office was very friendly. I could tell the doctor truly cared about my well-being and he listened to what I had to say and did not brush anything off!

Was able to make appointment on line. Was seen immediately upon arrival , 8:15 am. Person who checked me in was helpful in recommending a pharmacy since I was from out of town. Nurse practitioner was thorough as well as a good listener. So far it appears she got me on the right medication after being sick for 6 weeks. Praise God for this place.

Dr Harvey was less than helpful when I was sick and needed a doctors note for work. Went to nw location and was helped with no problem. Not to mention he lied on my file in the summary. Would not recommend him or this facility to anyone.

I really liked the nurse practitioner and her staff. She took the time to explain what to look out for with Covid. She told me to call if I had any questions and set me up with nurses that check periodically and are open 24 hours. I feel that I'm cared for almost as well as if I was hospitalized and even though Covid is scary, especially for a senor citizen in bad health, she made me feel that I had a support system and wasn't alone in this. This clinic was a breath of fresh air and I wish I could have the nurse practitioner as my pcp. She and her staff were awesome and went beyond what's expected. The other nurse even repaired my wheelchair when the tread popped off. From the moment you enter the facility you'll feel that someone cares. They're the best.
