I was amazed at how quickly we got in and out of the clinic. Everyone at brave care was so wonderful. Even with all 3 of my kids in tow, I never felt like we were being rushed out. The physician we saw, Chelsea was patient and kind. I only removed one star because the parking at the NE Sandy clinic is non-existent.

Brave Care was so efficient and low stress. I got in within 20 minutes with their ‘save a spot’ option and was home again within an hour of my arrival. The providers were so caring and engaging with my baby, I’ve never seen him smile so much after 5 pm. I’ll definitely return to Brave Care if needed again in the future.

We are from Wyoming and had one of our kids get sick. Brave Care were compassionate, sweet, and very helpful, and most of all, not very busy. We were in and out really quick (for a doctor's office).

Dr. Baldwin is attentive, caring and thorough. I think she was made for this work and I am truly grateful for her professionalism and service. Thanks to all the staff at Brave Care on NE Sandy, my little kiddo is on the mend. Best, Zak

Brave Care is fantastic! Easy scheduling and self check-in from the app and there is rarely a wait. The providers are culturally diverse, trauma informed, and provide excellent service. This is SO much better from going anywhere else. I am so grateful to have them in our neighborhood but I'd drive across the city for them if I had to.

Of course on a Sunday evening my son hurt his toe. Thankfully it was before 8 pm. We got to Brave Care by 7:45 (15 minutes before closing). We got taken back immediately to a room. Within 45 minutes we were done, even with x-rays. Everyone was kind, and didn’t make us feel rushed even though we got there at almost closing time. Everything seemed super clean. It was nicely decorated. So thankful to have a place like this available and not have to go to the ER.

Great experience! Every person we encountered that worked there was just great. Dr. Kelly was very invested in my child’s well-being, listened openly to all of my concerns and took her time to explain everything thoroughly. They also accept OHP. Highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience today at Brave Care! Blake was the most caring and compassionate PA who was very knowledgeable about our issue! I am very picky with providers being a physician myself, but he put us at ease and created a plan! I was so impressed, and my daughter is already doing much better in just a few hours!

Our caregiver at Brave Care, Christine, is so so good and we love her, yet the office seems to be setting her up for failure by not scheduling other doctors simultaneously - we waited over and hour and 20 minutes for a five minute visit AFTER being checked into our room. Though the great value of Brave Care is an expedient scheduling process and really excellent care, this only succeeds if patients are also seen in a similarly expedient manner. The staff wasn't very helpful in updating us through the extended stay and we had to really push them for answers or estimates on our wait time. There needs to either be a system where if a longer wait is expected then maybe wait to check folks into their little rooms, or plan on having multiple doctors there at a time. Again Christine, our provider, is the absolute best and frankly deserves much more support from Brave Care - the facilities otherwise are fantastic, clean, and just generally a great alternative to other urgent care providers.

My LO developed an eye and ear infection, which we wanted to tackle ASAP. Brave was open late with appointments available. The staff was kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. My only critique is that when we were with the doctor, they spoke quickly behind a mask. The combination made it difficult to follow along and absorb the information they shared.

The nurse was very helpful! my daughter needed a swab in her nose to check for any illnesses, which was pretty difficult being that my daughter did not like it very much, which is understandable but the nurse was very patient and apologetic. She gave my daughter a lollipop after! I reassured my child that the nurse was just doing her job and was not being mean, it’s just something she had to do to check what’s going on ! The appointment was fast and again the nurse was very helpful! Will definitely recommend coming here.

Brave care was nothing less than amazing! My son had an accident and they got me in for an urgent care appointment. They were very professional, kind and gentle with my 5 year old. Kelly and her team are awesome. Thanks ladies!

Brave Care in NE Portland has never disappointed. The staff is beyond amazing and has always made my daughters health their #1 priority even when busy. They take the time to make her feel safe and comfortable and even checked out her stuffed kitty during the appointment. Thank you Brave staff for being a wonderful spot when we need you the most!

Brave Care is the best thing to happen to pediatric medicine in Portland ever. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, they are respectful of all pronouns and they listen to children. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We are so lucky to have such a phenomenal pediatric urgent care model here.

We were super satisfied with the quality of our visit this weekend. I’m normally hesitant to see people outside of our usual pediatrician but the nurse and PA were both super kind and attentive. I also felt like the check in process was super easy - not only did we get a same day appointment for later that afternoon but when I called after they opened they bumped us up to much earlier which we appreciated. We will def be back.

We love bravecare! We have taken both of our children here for both general and urgent care and it is always a 10/10 experience. The staff are wonderful and always get us in same day. The office is clean, comfortable and has great energy. Whether you’re a first time parent looking for some present, hands on care 24/7 or a seasoned parent wanting something quick and simple we cant recommend them enough!
