Restaurant in general is quite nice, but they need to improve on many things. I have already visited this site several times and it is always the same problem. Coincidentally I went this Saturday and I had not a good experience. We arrive at the time of the reservation, they close the kitchen at 10:00 pm and it becomes like a night club where they only serve appetizers and small snacks. The food took too long, almost an hour and thirty minutes, and it so happens that we were still eating, and 10:00 pm arrives and one of the bodyguards tells us: Are you planning to stay for the night club? it's going to be an extra $10.00 for each person. We bothered each other too much, I didn't want to stay up later, what I wanted was to eat quietly and go home. They made us feel so uncomfortable that we couldn't even finish eating and decided to leave. Also the waitress, once she brings you the food you don't see her again until she comes to bring you the bill, the tip is included and nobody says anything to you. I was sure that many of the people who were there who got their food super late, like me, were annoyed by the lack of communication and professionalism that this place has. In addition, the food has no flavor, it is tasteless plus expensive for no reason. I don’t think I’m coming back here.

We tried the skirt steak and it was delicious. Fantastic service, Carolina our waitress is beautiful and sweet and food came out fast!

Great food! Great quality! Outstanding customer service and great musical entertainment. For appetizers we ordered the tostones with shrimp which were delicious. For main entré we had the Colombian churrasco with red beans and rice on the side. We also ordered the kids chicken nuggets which were nice and tasty. Our drinks were also great. Adriana, our server, was super friendly and helpful. Service was OUTSTANDING!!! All of the servers are very friendly and courteous. Keep in mind that an 18% gratuity is already included on your check. It is a great way of having the servers motivated on providing good service to all the guests. Will definitely visit again!!!

This was our first time going on Friday night. Highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, music and excellent food. Everything was very tasty and drinks perfectly mixed and nice decoration. Service as amazing, fast and food delicious and fresh. The hostess, waitress Stephanie and the rest people very kind and helpful. I'd definitely go back to try the rest of the menu. Congrats 👏🏻

The service and food was excellent. I really enjoyed their empanadas and the steak. I went on a week day it was very slow. Go on a weekend they have live music and dancing.

Food was really good even better than Rancho mateo in NJ. Food was delicious and fast. Waitress Carolina was very attentive and professional and we really enjoyed our food and service there! Thanks Rancho mateo next time we’ll come back from NY we will see you again 💕🤪

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is deliciously flavorful and the atmosphere is lively. The staff are all so friendly and inviting. They make you feel welcomed and provide that warm Colombian hospitality! I sat at the Bar and Milena was the one who took care of me and she was fantastic! The bandeja paisa at this restaurant is probably one of the best typical Colombian dishes that I’ve had here in the Orlando area 🔥🔥🔥. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant. The service provided by the Erica was impeccable - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and guided through the menu options with expertise. Erica’s recommendations were spot-on, enhancing my dining experience. Their timely attention to our needs without being intrusive was commendable. Overall, the server professionalism and dedication contributed significantly to making my visit memorable. We visited Aguardiente as we were staying at a Hotel near by during Idalia Hurricane. We were on our way to a different place to eat when my husband spotted Aguardiente. I made a U turn and had family dinner there. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and drinks. All staff we encountered were nice. Manuela was our server and what an excellent service! She is not only gorgeous but pleasant to talk to and a sweet personality even with her coworkers. Very respectful and polite. Yes, I do pay attention to details and how staff treat each other not just customers 😉 and Manuela is amazing! Our kids enjoyed the food very much and we devoured my husbands “chicharrón” from his “Bandeja Paisa” and the “3 leches”. The kids and I were not fans of the passion fruit dessert but my hubby liked it. I would love to come back on a Saturday as we live almost 2hrs away to listen the live music Manuela told us about. Highly recommended, and definitely coming back in the future.

Restaurant was clean and stylish. Pleasant atmosphere. Our server Valeria was very helpful in explaining the dishes and menu. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. I would recommend for anyone wanting to try something different than standard American cuisine.

The food is nicely seasoned, good portions, ambiance is fun, staff is friendly (Kevin) was attentive and always with a smile, made us feel welcomed, didn’t rush us and made sure we had everything we needed , from napkins to extra sauces. Great Colombian good place , don’t miss it on your next visit to the parks.

It was the first and last time that I go to this place. The food was very expensive, they did not have much flavor, nothing different, I have gone to better places, much cheaper and with better quality food. my food had a hair inside, my fries were cold. Definitely won't go again

Amazing food and great drinks. My husband is a chef so we are not impressed often. This restaurant had great menu choices and each entree was excellent. Malintina was a great server, had a nice smile, and was our bartender! Thank you! A must to try!!

Was an incredible experience here!! Cathy take care of us and make everything easier. Food was 10/10 and price are accurate. We order 4 Appetizers and 1 plates, price was $66 Dollars.

I had an incredible experience at Aguardiente Colombian restaurant! The food was absolutely fantastic, and the live music created a wonderful atmosphere. The friendly service made the evening even more enjoyable. The portions were generous, and the service was impressively fast. I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience!

I picked this place out of the blue, and my family and I were very pleased. The food was excellent! I had the skirt steak with rice. The music was a little loud I couldn’t really have a conversation, but at least they had live entertainment. I would eat there again!
