Terrible experience. You sit there for 3+ hours on a wooden box, as they try to create a very basic piece. You choose the type of setting and stone you want from a premade list but there is a very low chance that it can be created. Blow torches are being used and scraps of metal are being cut but there are zero safety precautions put in place to make sure that metal is not flung into your eyes. After trying to make my item for 3+ hours I was told that it could not be done but was still forced to pay $200 to walk out with nothing. No option to pay when the work was actually complete, no option to wait until the item was finished being made, low quality items but a high waste of time.

A friend and I were the first customers at the Gilbert location and Matt did our permanent jewelry for us and we were IN LOVE!! He was awesome and made sure everything was perfect for us. Everyone at this location was amazing and so friendly. We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend making a trip here. So glad there’s finally one close!!

Was an amazing experience with Gem! all of the employees were very kind and fun! I personally liked how I was able to learn about the jewelry making experience while making my own piece. The store had a very nice dynamic and looks comfy. My family and I will definitely be making a return visit for hopefully another memory making experience! Thanks to Lexi and her fellow employees for making it a worthwhile visit!

This workshop was a super fun experience. Noah and Eden were helpful. It was a lot of fun picking out the details for each piece and leaving with something you created. Great experience and great memories!

I had a great time making my ring - definitely a fun way to spend a lazy weekend afternoon! Learned a lot and the staff was pleasant and helpful. It is a bit more expensive than I had expected but overall it was worth it. Will definitely go back.

The Gem Classic workshop was such a great bachelorette activity that my girlfriends and I really enjoyed! We had a private, personalized experience, with Emmee who was so kind and patient with us. She answered all our questions and left us with beautiful rings and all smiles. I would highly recommend the Gem Studio!

I am so pleasantly surprised about the workshop to make your own jewelry! I didn’t know what to expect and had no idea about how to do it. The silversmith ladies explained everything so well and the whole experience with the family was amazing. My ring came out super pretty and very “me”! I will defined return with more friends and I would recommend it to anyone 🥰

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone is so helpful and nice! You pick your own stone and are able to create a piece built around that stone, so it turns out exactly how you want it! They do have a premade list of options, but there are plenty of customizations to choose from! It’s such a fun and unique way to spend some quality time with a friend or SO. I definitely plan on coming back for more pieces.
